As the DFW’s go-to town for restaurants and entertainment, Addison has a variety of attractions and amenities that make it a popular suburb. Addison Circle Park, the park as well as the neighborhood surrounding the park, is definitely one of them. The downtown park itself is a gathering place for the community, hosting a variety of events like the Addison Oktoberfest and Taste Addison. In addition to being the ideal place for events, Addison Circle Park offers walking trails, a water garden, and interactive fountains.
The actual Addison Circle – a traffic circle near the park – features a spectacular outdoor art display called Blueprints at Addison Circle. This huge, steel sculpture consists of 25 poles and five art panels and is about 133 feet in diameter. Its name is derived from the art displayed on the panels, which came from the town’s actual blueprints.

Been here for a few months, elevators do not work like at all. How can you call yourself a wheelchair friendly place but the elevators don’t work nor get fixed? Staff is completely inattentive and ignores inquiries/emails or calls on issues that need to be dealt with such as roach issues from past residents. Disruptive neighbors that have random yelling sessions at 3 AM. MAA Addison is a nice area in general but I would not recommend living here.

Management at this apartment complex only does the bare minimum. Even so, they think they can hike the lease price a malicious amount after only a year. This place has SO MUCH potential, but upper management squanders it in the pursuit of maximum profit.

The location is great. Close to so much but still has a peaceful, quiet feel. Unfortunately, my experience with the property management leaves a lot to be desired. I get the feeling they don’t particularly care if I’m happy or not. There has been one staff member that is the exception.

I moved here almost two years ago because I like the Addison area and the price was right but MAA Addison Circle has went downhill since then. My rent increased more than 15% when I renewed my lease after the first year and I’m sure there would be another dramatic increase if I decided to renew again when my lease expires later this year. Common areas such as garages, pools, stairwells seem like they get cleaned maybe once a year. I notified the office of a dead bird in the garage right under the call box for all visitors to see almost two months ago and was promised that it would be taken care of. The bird remained there and after notifying the office two more times without any resolution I finally submitted a work order to have maintenance pick it up. Maintenance marked the work order complete without actually removing the dead bird and since then two more dead birds have dropped dead in the garage which is a lovely sight and smell for you and your guests to walk through as you make your way from the garage. The excessive cobwebs and stains on the walls in the stairwells and hallways are disgusting. It looks like something out of a haunted house. I’ve been requesting a new ventilation hood since I moved in. The light on my hood powers on but the fan does absolutely nothing. Maintenance has told me that since it turns on as evident by the light, that it’s Ok if the ventilation hood doesn’t actually serve it’s intended purpose of ventilation, which is the dumbest thing I’ve heard in my life (and I’ve heard some dumb s*** in my day). To top it all off the office refuses to accept packages on behalf of the residents and won’t at least get a package locker. This has resulted in delivery drivers not being able to find or access our apartments in our heavily gated buildings with confusing layouts. Therefore they leave our packages in unsecured areas which has cost me more money in stolen packages then I care to think about at the moment. All in all there are much better places to stay in the area for comparable prices. Avoid this place.

Every time I called the office I was told that I would be called back within in the hour. I doubt that statement was ever followed through with as the six times I had an issue I always had to call back at least twice to get someone to help me. Sometimes even having to resort to taking time off work to go sit in the office until I was helped. I would recommend living anywhere else as the leasing office has terrible service and I heard constant noise at night. I also had an issue with people walking by and jingling my door to try and get in as someone that lives alone it was very worrying.

I never thought I would actually take the time to ever write an apartment review, but Post Addison Circle has easily become one of the worst communities I’ve lived in. From the misleading and dubious office staff that just tell you what you want to hear while never actually helping mend any issues to the absolute god awful community amenities, MAA paints this community as a gem and it’s absolute garbage. If you like roaches, broken air conditioning, pipes bursting, holes in your apartment for months without any fixes, and destroyed units and personal property then feel free to lease with Post Addison Circle. When I call and ask any question, the office gives completely inaccurate information, and more recently doesn’t even reach out to help me. lack of management !! lack of maintenence not enough staff, no cleaning crew ,dirty hallways and stairs with stains all over the floors !! ghetto gym area,old air conditioning system,they charge for air filter and light bulb replacment,no security patrol, summer time pool area its allways over crowded with none residents,no security camera on the property, the management are trying to go as cheapest possible.

Not the complex for you if you want to enjoy peace and quiet. The area is nice and has some good places to eat. The office is difficult to work with, security is slow to respond, and the residents act like it’s spring break all day every day.

Save yourself. Don't move here. They lured me in with an artificially low price only to jack up rent by 10% when my lease renewal came up. They refused to budge on this, so do not move here if you want to stay longer than a year at a reasonable price. The units are incredibly out dated. My air conditioner broke multiple times last summer. One time the lock to my own door broke and I had to wait an hour for someone to help me. This happened to another tenant on my hallway as well. My friend made a video of being trapped in the broken elevator, which is functioning maybe 50% of my time here. The below review is correct in stating that they will violate your privacy by showing your home without your consent any time they choose for SIXTY. DAYS.

I'm writing this to show the concerns I have with living at Post Addison Circle. I was locked in the trash chute area a couple weeks ago and had to call my dad from my Apple Watch as I didn't have my phone on me for help. He contacted the property and it took them over 30 minutes to come and let me out in over 100 degree weather after being notified I was stuck; my building is also right next door to the leasing office. I also just had my package of medicine stolen from my door last Thursday and upon talking to the property management company they wouldn't do anything to compensate me for it and I now have to go one month without medicine. I called the leasing staff again today as they told me last week a manager would be contacting me and yet I never heard from anyone. On the call today I asked to talk to the property manager and the response I received was from Benedict saying he was the property manager. I explained the situation to him of what's going on just for him to put me on hold and connect me to the REAL property manager on the phone. He lied to me about being the property manager so to top everything off I now I feel unsafe going through doors at the complex for fear of being locked in, I can't have packages sent to my apartment in fear of my medicine being stolen, and now I can't trust the property staff as they're lying about who they are when I call and don't return any phone calls. I don't feel safe in my apartment complex and I feel the lack of help, support, and trust with the property staff is unreal. I would NOT recommend to live here unless you want no help from the property staff, be lied to by who they are and your stuff stolen. If there was zero stars then that's what I would give.

So apparently when you give your 60 days notice the leasing office has the right to bring prospective tenants in and out of your apartment as they wish. Basically, you still have to pay the same rent but you don't have the right to privacy. the apartment does not belong to you between 10am - 5pm. They call you 10 mins before they bring someone to your apartment and you better hope to God you are dressed by the time they show up. This is the worst, if you are looking into living at these apartments just make sure you are not planning to leave.
I have no idea how anyone could rate this complex above two stars. Everyone who works in the office with the exception of maybe two people are completely unhelpful and arrogant. Our a/c unit has gone out 4 times in the past 4 months and our gate keys have also broken 4 times. When you email the office and make a request, they acknowledge the request, but do absolutely nothing to keep their word or adequately address the issue. I cannot wait to move out.
Beautiful apartments with a variety of themes. Well landscaped and low crime area. Noisy with the airport nearby and planes occasionally flying over head and there is the unfortunate echoings of voices in the hallways as well as the vibrations and sounds from slamming doors .
I have been living here for 2 years and love living here. The pool and common areas for my building are always clean. The closets are huge. The complex does at least 2 resident events every month. Rent is a little expensive but I have found it is worth it. I am constantly recommending this complex to all my friends.
Post apartments are a true pleasure to work with from the office manager to the entire office team they treat tenants so kindly and they are very helpful! this is by far the best place to live in addison great floor plans and unique features I love this place!
My wife and I have lived at Post Addison Circle apartments for about a year and half and so far we have no reason to supply a bad review. I can't ever recall having a property management on-the-ball when it comes to maintenance request. Every time we needed something to our apartment, all the way from changing light bulbs to fixing the AC, it was addressed within 1 day. They also provide a 1-month break lease policy which allows you to break the lease without fees if you want to move elsewhere. If you are single and social, this place is perfect for you - many walking-distance bars and restaurants where you can take guests or meet new friends! It's also nice to have the Addison police and fire department so close by! Very pet-friendly too with a dog run!
I love the Addison Circle area and Post has the best prices in this neighborhood. Also, their maintenance team is very reliable and very helpful.
Post Addison Circle is definitely the best place I have rented so far. The apartments are located in such a nice place and it feels like a little community itself. The rent is fairly priced but there are so many amenities they have to offer. I plan to live in this area for the next 10 years.
So far there is a lot of incompetence going on at this place. Moved in a few days ago to find that several things written up as needing to be repaired during my initial walk thru were not done. They claimed they were fixed but were never touched. Then I come home today to a note from maintenance saying they were here and fixed them only to see they really ignored half of it. Be cautious and wary if you move in here and expect it to take 2,3,4 times for them to fix things even when they say they did!
