Located in Downtown Seattle, First Hill is the city’s first neighborhood. The historic neighborhood is also known as “Pill Hill” for its abundance of medical and research institutions, such as Swedish Hospital and Virginia Mason Medical Center. First Hill is also home to Seattle University and the famed Frye Art Museum. Defined by steep hills, First Hills juxtaposes the old and new with historic brick apartment buildings, modern high-rise apartments, and charming houses. First Hill is extremely walkable and there are a variety of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood for residents to enjoy. Living in First Hill also places resident minutes from some of the city’s most popular hotspots like Capitol Hill, the International District, and Lower Queen Anne, home of the iconic Space Needle. First Hill has several rail stations and Interstate 5 runs on the western edge of the neighborhood making traveling through downtown easy.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at M Street
These are photos from everyday morning with dog poop at my door. Residents here don't follow the protocol and let their dog go unleashed and poop everywhere. The management has not helped despite emails and complaints. Did I mention that one of the elevators doesn't function year around. The only reason to live here is if you are looking to save few 100 bucks!
I have been living here for more than a year now and would not recommend anyone to live here. In my one year, 1) My apartment has had major flooding twice due to burst pipes 2) Elevators have not worked for more than 25 days requiring people to climb upto 18 floors 3) Have seen frequent car break-ins and the parking is unattended 4) Lots of unauthorized vehicles parked and very shady people go around the building 5) Water mixing issue not fixed 6) Water supply for planters provided not fixed 7) Several 100 amazon packages lost A MAJOR FIRE GO OFF IN THE BUILDING ACROSS TAKING DOWN MAJORITY OF THE BLOCK.
