Good place to live, my unit is modern and spacious, with lots of natural light and quality appliances. The amenities are a huge plus—especially the gym, and package room. I also love the convenient location, with grocery stores, cafes, and public transport all within walking distance.

I’ve been here almost 2yrs. Can’t complain. Staff is great, it’s safe, lots of events. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but most importantly safe and clean. Lots to do!

Horrible, apartment complex. Everything that you have read before 6 months ago is not the same. Recently has been taken over by RPM living, it has been the worst experience I’ve ever been through. My rims and tires got stolen as well as my rotors and calipers scratched, on the 4th floor of their parking garage. Their gate was broken and had been down for weeks following the incident, they have no sympathy. What happened to our on site security guard? I guess he just wasn’t working that night. Rent is too high and is not justified. Get ready for the noise. You have the DART overhead, a train car staging area below it (yes they have blown their horn at 1am next to the building), I-35 a block away, along with a train that runs ever 2-3 hours next to I-35 that blows its horn at every hour of the night.

Living here is fine. The front office has moments of helpfulness and moments of weakness like any other place. On the more expensive side for location but it’s fine and quiet.

Amazing neighborhood, excellent GYM, stunning co working space and decently priced. The cabinets are modern and appliances are good. Community has strict policies around smoking and noise levels. Excellent for DINKS.

I’ve been here at Broadway since it was built. It’s a wonderful community. I’ve never had any issues that the management teams were not able to resolve quickly and to my satisfaction.

Moved this summer here and so far so good!! The ammenities are great, neighborhood is lively but not crazy, the unit itself is in great condition and was clean when moving in. Parking garage is a bit of a tight squeeze when turning but not an issue if you know how to drive and follow the speed limit in the parking garage.

Friendly community and nice spots within a 5-minute walking distance, like Cane Rosso, Beth Marie’s Ice Cream, and a taco store! And valet trash system is efficient, and the gyms with all equipment and vending machine are good.

There is a lot of noise, between the DART right next door, a freight train just below it, and a freight train on the other side of I-35… the apartments are nice but they just keep raising rent so much that it just doesn’t justify what you’re getting. Plus the new management as of June 28th 2024 has not been doing great…

I have been living here for a year and things have gone downhill tremendously. The staff use to really care and value the tenants. The property was well taken care of and felt secure The noise was minimal and if there was noise it was handled promptly. What was once a lovely property seems to be getting a little slum. For the price we pay in rent, this should be the most well cared for property and tenants

In the last 6 months, the issues with other residents and the amount of noise on work nights at the pool has become unbearable. The property is well cared for, maintenance is always prompt. The property does not do much of anything when it comes to noise complaints, and inevitably at 11 PM on a Sunday when the courtesy officer does nothing, the police get called. Do not live by the pool.

I moved in yesterday and am really excited by my experience so far. My first time living in Texas and I researched a ton of properties from a distance. Holly at LYV Broadway was awesome to work with and extremely patient as I navigated everything involved with such a long distance move. My apartment was spotless and I love all of the amenities and how dog friendly the property is. Looking forward to this as a home base while I explore Texas!

Nice community that is lively. Downtown Carrollton is always nice to stroll around after work. Community members are kind and I haven't had issues with noise or anything like that.

Excellent, responsive staff. Would have liked the carpets cleaned by the management company before our move-in like we’ve had elsewhere. Available facilities are excellent - large onsite gym and pool.

LYV Broadway are the first apartments that I got to rent since moving out from my parents place. Applying was simple and the office helped the process of moving in easy. Forever thankful for the folk on the office. If you ever run across any issues, the office are open to help. This is the place to be.
It's so clean and well taken care of but also close to so many restaurants makes it a must. Very recommended and plenty of parking options too. Love this place
Good location and nice neighborhood. But be aware of noise if you are sensitive to it. The property is close to highway and train trails so the noise is a problem. The stuff is friendly.
The apartment is clean overall, and it's nice to have a spacious and clean gym. It's also a plus that Carrollton Historic Downtown is within walking distance, and there are delicious pizza place and cafes nearby that you can walk to!

I like that the property is well maintained and its proximity to the interstate.. The amenities are first rate although I don’t take advantage of them. The rent has gotten really to high for me to continue to live here so when my lease expires I plan to find a less expensive complex to move into.
We have lived here for 3 years and have loved every minute of it! From staff to maintenance and our courtesy officer who is always roaming around to make sure quiet an safe!

I’m not traditionally a renter. My first experience at my former residence with management and staff wasn’t the greatest at all. Ive been living at LYV for about 2 weeks now. My experience has been great so far. My apartment is updated and very comfortable. The fitness center is not a fitness center. It’s a commercial GYM. I can cancel my other memberships and workout when I want. If I had a suggestion it would be having the unit numbers on the outside of the buildings more visible for delivery drivers. They seem to have a hard time finding buildings.
Relocated from out of state and my experience with LYV Broadway has been great! The leasing office was super helpful throughout the moving process and have made the transition so much easier.

The staff has got to be my favorite thing about living at LYV. The office team and the maintenance team always provide great assistance. Amenities are great and all the community events are fun.
I've lived here for 3 years love the location because we are near the dart rail that we could easily go explore downtown Dallas and so many community events down at the downtown Carrollton Square as well as restaurants a brewery and places to watch your favorite sports team! We have friendly neighbors that will always make you smile and feel at home.
I absolutely love the office staff , especially Holly ! She literally was beyond helpful every step of the way, from touring to move in day … even with us changing the date to an earlier one.
Very nice environment. Peaceful, & love the amenities! I love all of the events that’s going on downtown that I could just easily walk to. The complex is also close to my job so it’s a win win.
It's been almost three weeks since I moved here. The neighborhood is very well managed, the people are very welcoming, none of my packages were lost, all the utilities are working perfectly, and I just love it here!!! :)
I’ve been here at Broadway since it was built and don’t plan to leave anytime soon.. That was four years ago… The complex is always clean and maintained. If I have a question the office is quick to respond. They all know me… ??

LYV Broadway is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, with shows and resturants just steps away. The apartment is pure luxury, from the high-end kitchin to the spacious bedroom. Amennities like the gym and rooftop are fantastic. The management team is super helpful too! If you want a primo place in the city, don't miss out!
