This place is old and it shows. The "wood floor" is just a stick-on vinyl and is very cheap. There are a lot of cracks and crevices and the windows are not sealed properly. The door are old and don't lock properly. I had a maintenance guy chip at the door frame in order for the mortise lock to actually lock into place. I have had more issues with bugs especially in the spring and summer seasons. Bottom line, don't move in here unless you really need it. Location and proximity is great, but you can honestly do better than this place.

It's nice to have dishwashers and washer/dryer units, somewhat easy location, but it's challenging to get the staff to go beyond the bare minimum in taking care of its renters.

Neighbors are rude , parking is a complete disaster, there is damage to my apartment when I first moved in, the closet in my shelf fell down within the first week ofme living here

Good neighborhood the only problem is the big rats around the trashcans they are very good in making sure everything is working in the apartment

Incredible rat infestation at most of the dumpster areas. Loose dogs on a daily basis. Residents litter everywhere. Takes begging to get maintenance to complete anything appropriately. I was literally had pieces of my apartment fault on top of me because the workmanship is so poor. No one in the leasing office has handled my disability accommodation properly. Nightmare from the moment I moved in. Literally the move in process was horrible and things never improved. An incredible amount of money to be charging for less than the bare minimum effort.
This is a great community with great amenities, very quiet! It is hard to get in contact with the leasing office sometimes which is why I gave it a 4. Other than that pretty great so far!

Everything is so easy and all the representatives help you a lot in finding the perfect home for you. The process of approval and ease to move in with awesome view and I love the house which I got even though I didn’t have the tour as I was in another state and tour was not possible for me.

Between the multiple unannounced entries into apartments and the overall lack of quality staff - this has been my worst living experience thus far. I want to say that it is good for the price, but you pay a monthly amenity fee with hardly any access to the amenities. The gym on the property is not available for use. You have to travel to a different property up the hill to use a so-called community center property that is often times closed with no warning or notice. The pool is only open on certain days during the summer, but it is not well-maintained. Geese use the pool when it is not open to residents. The resident services office closes early often with no notice. They say they offer reserved parking if you’re willing to pay for it, but then deny your request. The parking is atrocious. The parking lot fills up quickly, and you’re stuck trying to figure out a solution. A reserved parking system with a limitation on how many cars a unit may have would better serve the community.

The dog park is a mess, the gate is broken and it is always dirty, I think that towing a car for having a problem with the sticker without notifying first is very rude, I think that before towing a car a warning could be placed on the windshield so that it is resolved soon before towing the car, or at least notify by mail that the car was towed. I was sick for 5 days and I did not realize that my car had been towed because I had changed my license plate, I had to pay 5 days in the parking lot where my car was.

So far it has been pretty good! I moved in 1 week ago and I’ve met a few of my neighbors and they seem pretty nice. My apartment is right next to the woods with a creek so it feels good to have some backyard to look at and not just another road or building to look at all the time.

Management needs an update, the leasing signup office is fantastic, however. Parking is abused for newcomers, but also understand first hand glance how it works. Also Maintenance does not do the work they implied within the contract and will cheap out on repairs that could evidentially cause 1,000s of dollars in the future. Still a great community with joyous people of all ages.

Amenities really aren’t anything to write home about for the price of renting here. The property is beautiful but always littered with trash which is both dangerous and disgusting. My apartment is comfortable but overpriced. The workmanship inside is poor. My door doesn’t function properly and maintenance never followed up to fix it. My thermostat does not function properly despite maintenance working on it twice. A lot of requested repairs only get half finished and then I have to follow up to get the situation resolved because they never return. Leasing office hasn’t seemed to care when I’ve raised concerns about my living situation. This is on par with my experiences with other Morgan Properties in this area. It’s just a shame that we’re all paying so much money to rental properties that seemingly refuse to put that money back into improving the property for residents.

All of the people/staff I have met have been really nice to talk to but we were moved in to an apartment with no air conditioning after a complete lack of communication that resulted in our move-in day being pushed back. It's been days and while the AC unit is fixed, it hasn't been refilled with coolant so all it does is push around hot air. All of this in the middle of a heat wave, no less. Our apartment has been 85 degrees consistently.

Community is good for resident. But utilities i.e. water charges , gas charges and sewerage charges are so much higher and not according to usage . From last year they started to charge $90 per month as amenities charges that is not fair

It's in a strategic location. All shops and a public transport is in a walking distance. It could be better with a better cleaner surroundings, specially the parking area. The maintenance response time is a plus.
