I love the fact that Management listens to concerns from residents and they take action immediately. I see that the gate has been fixed and I see them working on the doors too. They recently upgraded the hallway floors and they added a new market in the Clubhouse.

We completely understand your concerns. We want you to feel secure in your apartment home, and we’ll always do absolutely everything we can for our residents and our community. Our community does have limited access controlled vehicle gates, limited access entry throughout the property, as well as courtesy patrol that visits the property multiple times at night. We have been made aware of the incidents mentioned, however, these incidents did not occur on our property. Our team sent our communication to all of our residents, and are happy to discuss this matter further offline and answer any questions. Every time they repaired an entry it is broken again and there is always a door being blocked open. Homeless sleep in stairwells and sleep in un-occupied apartments. The floors are trashie and animals poop and pee in the elevator with no action from management. Don’t move here.

A hidden gem in East Dallas. Close to everything you want to be close to in Dallas, easy to get around, tacos everywhere, and a clean, safe place to come home to. Neighbors are friendly, everyone decorates their entryways for the holidays. Very nice.

Encore Swiss has been a great investment! I went to five different apartments around downtown and based on my weighted rating scale, Encore Swiss won out! Its the best I found in terms of pricing, the view, community, pet friendliness, and cleanliness. All you have to do is step into the lobby and smell their custom scent to feel relaxed and at home!

We love it here so much. Our apartment, like many, have incredible views of the skyline and our massive island in the kitchen is a dream. We leased for the location, price, and interior design alone but stay because of the staff.

I love my new apartment. Some of the highlights are the gym on sight, the hot tub/pool, parking is never an issue, and its always clean and quite. Love the location right on Swiss so close to downtown.

Moving out of the apartment complex this weekend and I have enjoyed my time living at Encore Swiss. The location is great within East Dallas and you are able to walk to food stores, taco shops and Swiss Ave. is a great option for an afternoon stroll. The gym facility is large, could use a few more equipment pieces but it gets the workout done!! Loved having friends over and going to play pool while sipping coffee!! The staff is also wonderful from Jenny in the office to Pedro in maintenance. Since it is a new apartment, I only had one maintenance issue and it was fixed promptly. As with any location, there was security issues but at no times did I feel fearful or see people roaming the halls of the building. LOVED my view of DT from the 5th floor!!

Encore is a nice property as it relates to interior finishes. The location is not ideal regarding safety. It is ideal if you want to be within a 5-8min drive to Deep Ellum, Uptown, heart of downtown Dallas but great food choices within walking distance, almost non-existent. Most of the staff is great.

Encore Swiss is by far the best bang for the buck in this area. You get a beautiful new apt with thoughtful floorplans, tons of storage, tall ceilings, etc. I thought if we'd have any issues, it would be noise because of the younger demographic but we can't hear anything ...ever! So so so so quiet. I love the location, the staff, and the sustainability practices here too. Don't ever want to leave!

The property should have valet trash. A lot of other apartments have this amenity. It makes the living experience better.

Hi, Thank you so much for your email and suggestion! We thought long and hard if we wanted to implement Valet Waste, but we ultimately decided not to use the service for many reasons. We surveyed our residents and they preferred to use the trash/recycle chutes versus Valet Waste. By using the trash/recycle chutes, our residents save on monthly trash fees, the hallways are free of trash/recycle/clutter, and the hallways smell pleasant daily. As our community grows, we will send out another survey regarding community waste, as we always want to keep everyone happy. My boyfriend and I recently moved to the Encore Swiss Apartments over a month ago and we are extremely satisfied with our decision! The staff was available at all times to answer all of our questions during our move and even gave us a tour of our exact apartment unit which we really appreciated! The units are modern, equipped with new appliances, and we love the view of the relaxing pool. The community is very respectful, quiet, and friendly. We genuinely enjoy living here and would recommend the Encore Swiss Ave Apartments to anyone!

The supposed safety and security of the residents is made non exestant by doors being unlocked and no cameras inside the floors. In addition, the apartment company does not share footage with police unless they receive a court order to do so.

Beautiful complex, just minor little things that may be personal preference to someone's living style (garage, keyed entry doors). The pin code entry is very convenient for guests! When available, the amenities are awesome and the study area is usually pretty quiet. The location is not very walkable to any social scenes, but it's located near a pretty neighborhood that is nice for walking.

I loved the leasing experience at Encore. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, responsive, and most importantly incredibly kind. Friendly staff and they are very responsive! It is a highly secured apartment complex, but that can sometimes be more of a hassel than feeling safe. I like the keypad entry but I feel it's an added step having to use my clicker multiple times just to get up to my apartment. Amenities are wonderful also!

I love the overall layout of my apartment, I have a B3. The leasing staff are very friendly especially the assistant manager. The disadvantage for this community would have to be the amenities. I love a numerous apartment before settling here and everyone I looked at had better Amenities and the prices was very similar to the prices here. If youre very big on fitness, this gym is not the gym for you. Besides the amenities, everything else is perfect

I love the Encore community style and location. Old east Dallas has so much to offer -close to downtown, Greenville ave and Exall Park. It's nice to know a brand new complex is available without a lot of travel for me to my work. I’ve been a Greystar resident for many years.

Customer service is the most important factor is choosing where I reside. From the application process, Encore Swiss Ave has been on top of everything! The staff is personable and awesome! Keep doing what you're doing. Oh, and I had a minor maintenance issue with my washer when I moved in. Submitted my request late around midnight and Pedro(Maintenance) sent out an email almost immediately and fixed the issue the following morning. Just awesome!
