Luxia Midtown Park

The entire team at Luxia Midtown Park is absolutely OUTSTANDING. Jessica in Management, Lindsay in Assistant Management, and Owen in Leasing (sorry I'm not sure of their specific titles) go SO above and beyond. They truly do care about each and every resident. They have ALWAYS prioritized my needs, been ready to help me in the office with smiles on their faces and jokes at the ready. The maintenance team is fast and skilled, the cleaning staff works wonders, etc etc. Anytime I have even just a tiny issue or question, the appropriate person helps me swiftly and kindly. I truly cannot say enough outstanding things about them. When I first moved in, it was a different management team. They were about a 4 out of 10 at best honestly. Like not terrible, but they'd roll their eyes when you'd ask for stuff and a lot of them were kind of rude. Thank god for the turnover because this new team is just incredible. I want to say 15 out of 10 but I truly don't even think that is doing them justice!!! If only every on-side team cared this much!!! Thank you, Owen, Lindsay & Jessica for always brightening up my day when I stop by and for making my living situation so much better than I could have ever imagined!!!!!!!!

First and foremost, the leasing/management staff is fantastic. Ricky, Bailee, and Kevin are all extremely friendly, helpful, and generally wonderful. Secondly, the apartments are genuinely beautiful. Coming home to gorgeous finish outs and updated stainless steel appliances just hits different. I also love that the club room (which is amazing) is open 24/7. On top of that, the location’s decent and the digital lock system is pretty cool. My only complaints so far are that there seems to be an issue with dog owners not cleaning up after their pups around the property, and finding a parking spot can sometimes be a hassle without paying extra for a premium parking pass. Again though, all in all, this place is fantastic and I’ve definitely recommended the community to more than a few friends.

I’ve now lived here almost two months and have absolutely no complaints. The front office staff (Bailee and Kevin) are top notch. I can’t say enough good things about them. The property is clean and well landscaped. Haven’t had any problem with noise…very quiet. Love my place. The best things I enjoy is my huge sink and the all the cabinet storage in the kitchen. Already feels like home! You can’t go wrong with this place.

I will be moving next year and this place was nice and the people friendly. It will stay on my list.

Been looking for a new place in Dallas, don’t wana live downtown anymore. I really liked this place, and the employees were super nice. Going to stay on my list as I get closer to needing to move.

Recently cosigned for my son to live here after looking all over Dallas for a new apartment for him. We were starting to lose hope as there didn’t seem to be much but then we found this place online. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved that the community is new. We wanted a two bedroom for when me and my wife come to visit but they didn’t have any at the moment but said they can work with us on transferring in a few months when they have some open. Looking forward to having a second home in Dallas with our son as he starts his new career.

Moved our son in recently and we are so happy we found this place. The unit is new, and the staff was super helpful. First time our son has lived so far away so its nice to know he is in a good area. Looking forward to visiting him in Dallas.

I recently was able to look at some units at this place with Ricky, when I came in it was obvious that things were very busy, but he stopped to help me and made me feel very welcomed. We looked at some furnished units and then he took me to see some of the one bedrooms that might work for my day later in the year. The prices are a little higher than I wanted to pay but that seems to be the case all over Dallas. If my new job comes through and I move to Texas this will be the place I go to just for the service I received! Top Notch!

We LOVE our brand new unit in this nice community. From the backsplash in the kitchen, lights under the cabinet, nice countertops, and built in radio/Bluetooth speakers in the living area - it has been the nicest apartment we’ve been able to find with only being a short drive away from downtown, lower Greenville, and oak lawn. It’s also near 75 and 635 so easy to get to other areas of Dallas. Our fitness center has top of the line equipment and overlooks the pool area which is one of my favorite features of the apartment building. It’s affordable and the management staff has been very helpful, especially Kevin. If you’re looking for a great community, nice amenities, and a new apartment unit for an affordable price then give them a call and schedule a tour with Kevin!

I am so excited to be moving into this property! it is so beautiful, so clean and Bailee is super sweet and efficient. I was greeted warmly by her, she answered all of my one hundred million questions and even took the time out to show me the apartment again after I'd already seen it, right before her lunch break and I really appreciated that. I had further questions, was able to call and get a quick response and the paperwork process was super smooth and fast. I just know I'm going to love it here!

Everything I was looking for I found at Alta! The entire team is wonderful and 100% customer service oriented. My emails were always answered the same day and provided all the information I requested. When I took the tour I was very impressed with everything I decided to sign a lease right there and then. I felt very welcomed and the apartment itself is beautiful.

This is such a beautiful and modern place! I am glad we signed our contract when everything is still brand new. The apartment we picked is so beautiful and has a whole sound system! Bailee was able to listen to what we wanted and provided it to us. I am a very pleased.

After searching for the right apartment, I made the decision to sign a lease at these lovely apartments! I loved everything about these apartments. Bailee was so great and very knowledgeable. Can’t wait to call this place home :)

Me and my girlfriend are moving into these apartments and these have been are favorite by far. The leasing agents have been very helpful and super friendly and we love the way the building is decorated we are really excited to move here!

I recently toured the property, and I love that it still has that "New" smell. The units and property are well maintained, and the noise level is non-existent. The apartments have nice finishes, and I thought the amenities were great.

I reviewed several properties before deciding on Alta Midtown Park (AMP) but what made the difference was Bailee and the team at AMP. While the property is under construction, Bailee made me feel at home from the time she greeted me when I walked in until today. The staff is warm and friendly. Incredibly attentive to the needs of the residence and make routine calls to check in and see how things are going (Never have seen this anywhere.) Again while the property is under construction you can see how amazing this property will be. My unit specifically is to DIE for! The layout is perfect and all amenities are on point, the CLUB, Workout Facilities, FETCH, Electronic doors, etc. You won't go wrong with this property because once COVID is over - we are going to party!

My husband and I had a tour with Bailee and she was so nice to work with during the application process . She was kind and informative, and an overall great first impression when choosing your next home. The property is going to be beautiful when it’s complete! Can’t wait!
