Lumen Apartments

One of the standout aspects has been the staff—they're always friendly, approachable, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. From my first inquiry about leasing, Amir was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making the process smooth and easy. Whenever I've needed assistance or had maintenance requests, the staff has responded promptly and efficiently, sending David (great maintenance man)to handle any issues. The community also boasts friendly and respectable neighbors, which contributes to the welcoming atmosphere. Also, I feel safe living here, knowing that my environment is secure. The community events they organize are another highlight; different food trucks come every month, and they throw great holiday parties—it's a fantastic way to meet neighbors and get involved in the community. Overall, I highly recommend Lumen Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive, and safe living environment. I'm looking forward to many happy years here!

Total neglect of the property. Filthy, overflowing trash. Litter is everywhere. Dog waste absolutely everywhere. There basically is zero upkeep of this property. Not at all what I expected for the price and claim to be "luxury apartment living". Would 100% look somewhere else. I'm too embarrassed to have someone visit because the lobby is so trashed. You will be very disappointed.

Apartment itself is spacious, well laid out, with quality materials and a modern feel. Appliances and fixtures are all modern, and work flawlessly. That's where the niceties end. Exterior walls have no soundproofing. You can listen to someone's phone conversation across the street. On top of that, the first floor "patio" is directly on the sidewalk. I can open my back door, take a single step, and be on the sidewalk. It makes opening your blinds/windows while maintaining any sort of privacy impossible. Parking is a nightmare, with not nearly enough space for the front three buildings. Spots are also narrower than average, so door dings and paint scuffs are common. Garbage collection is chaotic, with bags and loose trash sitting on the garbage room floor for days. However, my biggest gripe is the $350 rent increase of I was to renew my 12 month lease. Don't plan on the price you lease for to be long term. Maybe do something to improve lives for your tenants before you go bragging about "the highest quality of service" in a letter where you try to price me out of a home.
