Communication needs to be improved. It is very difficult to get any issues corrected. Most of that is due to the lack of communication from the staff. Communication between staff members is poor. As well as with the tenants.

I've been living at The Lost Spur for the past two years, and overall, it's been a great experience. The location is super convenient, the grounds are well-kept, and the community has a quiet, peaceful vibe that I really appreciate. Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and professionally—shoutout to the team for being so responsive. The staff in the leasing office have been helpful and friendly every time I’ve needed assistance. What I’ve valued most is the feeling of safety and stability here. It’s a clean, comfortable place to live, and I’ve really enjoyed calling it home. If you're looking for a laid-back, well-managed community, The Lost Spur is definitely worth checking out.

Everyone is nice here. I like how we are kept informed on things. The staff is awesome and very friendly. I like how maintenance is on top of issues when a request is made.

I would love for all family and friends to move here. It’s comfy and cozy. Safe and quiet. Parking is good. Community is nice. Staff is nice and prompt with any requests

Not bad but would be better if the pool wasn’t treated like a club blasting music so other residents can’t enjoy it. Really sad it was quiet when I moved in 8 months ago and now it’s not.

Very quiet complex , very respectful community, always parking spaces, very dog friendly parks, very accessible to get majors highways...thanks to management.

They had a cleaner come in before we moved in, and the cleaner left food in the carpet against the wall, among various other things. We brought it up to the apartments, and they apologized, credited us $150, and sent the cleaner again. The food was still in the carpet... Staff seems eager to help but seems to be slow in action. Maybe due to the time it takes to communicate between management.

Easy application process and answered all questions thoroughly. Property is clean and well taken care of. Amenities are also what you're looking for with awesome accessibility.

The neighborhood is safe and Not noisy, tons of friendly people. Pool is open year round. The gym needs more equipment but it’s okay. Lots of big trees and birds.

Home never felt better. We’ve got new amazing neighbors and they are everything we needed in neighbors. All 3 ladies at the front office are amazing. We love them all. Welcome to the team Ashley. You’re already a favorite in my home also.

It is a good place to live and enjoy silence and amenities, the pool awaits the arrival of spring and summer, green areas are well maintained.

Great place to live, the Maintenace team is on it they go above and beyond! The management team is great and always keeps the coffee stocked. Neighbors are friendly and parking is not terrible.

Excellent atmosphere, excellent apartments, I don't have any problems with my neighbors, I really love the atmosphere, its surroundings, the people in the offices are very attentive to their tenants, their privacy space, the truth is that I like it much more than the apartments I lived in before, now the one I am in has all the resources that one needs, amusement park, basketball court, bowling field, park for children, excellent, it has everything, I recommend it to everyone

Love my covered parking. Nice size apartment with large restrooms and kitchen, My kitchen counter tops are nice! Almost been here 2 years.

I love my unit. It is very convenient for me. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the nasty neighbors that don't pick up after their dogs. Other than that, I am very happy here

The ladies at the front desk have been nothing but amazing and so helpful to my family. We have found our happy place. They have been quick to respond to our issues and have been super sweet throughout the process.

You still don’t have my name right and I can’t change it. Fix the gates. There is no excuse that the pedestrian AND community gates are broken. People keep following me around in cars and nearly running me over. You know there are animals and children in this community. Maybe decrease rent if you wanna be cheap

If you enjoy overflowing doggie station. Which result in dog waste bags all over the ground then this is the complex for you!!!! I have complained about this so many times. It gets taken care of for about a week maybe two. Then it is neglected again until another complaint is put in. It is beyond ridiculous that whom ever is responsible for taking care of this task just doesn’t care. As a tenant I should not have to constantly remind you to keep your property clean! It is my responsibility as a tenant to pick up after my dog. Your responsibility to properly maintain the doggie station so I can dispose of it correctly! If this continues maybe you should consider giving your tenants a discount on their rent.

Office staff is friendly and maintenance takes care of my work orders in a timely manner. Always available to answer questions in person or via text app

Still looking to find was to meet the "community" here. I know it's cold out but I literally have only seen like 3 people outside. Would love to find all the other M/C riders and see if any of them are year round like I am.

Our move in was simple and easy. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Overall I would recommend the apartment complex. The ladies in the office are helpful and the maintenance staff are quick to respond.

We have been here for a year and a half, and we love it. Everyone is so friendly at the office and the maintenance crew are very hardworking, they fix you right up whatever it is, not that I have used them much just for minor adjustments. The overall neighborhood is very quiet and calm, not much going on , which we like. I would recommend Lost Spurs Ranch to anyone.

The Lost spurs ranch faculty has been amazing and friendly every step of the way with lease! They are always helpful and willing to answer any questions I have!

Working with Heather was great. We were in a rush to find a suitable apartment in a new city, and when we found what we were looking for, She did her best to make it happen within our short time frame!

We moved into apartment 1217 a 2 bedroom and had to leave the same day because it was infested with roaches. They were all behind the fridge, cabinets, stove, bathrooms, rooms, crawling on the walls. We tried to bomb the apartment and put roach killer everywhere but they just kept coming out more and more so we decided to not move in. Our experience was good at first with the staff until we moved in. They did refund us our money. But I would not recommend this apartment complex unless you want to pay a lot of money to live with roaches.

So far so good, need more time to explore. Seems to be good value for money at this point. The move in was smooth, neighbors seem friendly, property staff have been helpful and positive.

This is a beautiful complex and the move in was fast and easy maybe a little stressful buy that's normal, I am satisfied with everything so far.

I put in a maintenance request and within a day maintenance picked up the ticket and came and addressed the issue. The promptness was greatly appreciated.

Nice and quiet community. Office staff has been amazing and always very helpful. Maintenance is always prompt and delightful Property grounds are kept clean as long as dog owners are respectful and clean up after their dogs.

Good neighborhood to raise small children. Community is quite and the staff communicate well about the recent events. Overall, a safe and homey place to live.

Great so Far! Highly Recommend this place! GREAT Service with Great people. I am truly happy to be apart of this community. Me and my kids feel welcomed and apart of this community the moment we stepped foot into the place.

The apartment is beautiful and the staffs at the front office are very helpful. If I could reapply for this complex again, I would apply for one of the upstairs apartments.

I like my apartment just not carpet, wish it was all vinyl plank flooring, other than that, it’s a great location for me. I also appreciate the covered parking.

When we first moved in our move in date kept changing because they had to evict the family who lived here before us. Our apartment was infested with roaches. We were told they were taken care of, moved in, still roaches everywhere. Crawling on the walls, window blinds, ceilings, kitchen cabinets. We had our apartment treated about 12 times maybe more and it took months to finally get rid of them. So that was fun. We have complained over and over and over that our apartment constantly reeks of marajuana/pot/weed, call it what you will. REEKS!!!! The entire apartment! We have young kids, this isn’t acceptable. Our children should be able to play in the apartment and in their rooms without constantly having to smell it daily. We have even mentioned to the front office both the second and third floor above us constantly do it. Nothing has ever been done to stop it. So we have chose to end our lease here. So we feel unheard of you really want to know. We have just dealt with it.

I have lived here 15 years and have not had a problem. Staff has always been friendly and helpful even though it has changed during that time.

It’s been pretty cool. Mr. Fixit team is amazing . They come to me on the spot . I’m sad that I have not found this apartments earlier in my apartment journey.

The apartments are nice. The staff is great and their maintenance team is awesome. The towing company they use....not so much. Be careful where you park.

Great experience, management needs to do better listening to residents, and maintenance never really fix issues, gym equipment needs to be updated and fixed other than that my time here was not the worst.

I am new to the community, but so far, I love my apartment. Neighbors from the building are cordial too! I moved in to a third floor and the views are so nice.
