The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lost Creek Apartments
I renewed my lease here twice and was living here for my 3rd year when I moved out of state. I can confidently say this was the only apartment I liked enough to ever renew my lease with. PROS: * Location is perfect. Close to IMC; walking distance from many great restaurants (Tea Rose, Pho Saigon, Tea Shop, Soy Sushi, etc.); close to downtown; close to Chinatown market. * GREAT rates. It is the most affordable apartments I have ever lived in and I have lived in several different states. The increase in rates with every renewal was also very reasonable.(Compared to other apartments that would increase it so unreasonably high, which is why I never renewed at any other previous rentals.) * LOVELY management. I have never not been able to reach them. They are very communicative, very attentive, and very nice. You can tell they actually care about the residents and I don't say this lightly. * Even though I had to break my contract early to move out of state (for work promotion), they were super understanding and worked with me. I don't think I can say that about many other apartment managers--if at all. * The maintenance staff is amazing. I put in a request and it is done promptly. They're also very nice people, too. * Last but not least, very safe place to live. Close to the Murray police station and city hall, so I imagine that helps, but the entire area is great. I was never scared to go out for walks even after sunset. CONS: * No in-unit washer/dryer or hookups. However, this month, they just redid the entire community laundry room and it looks great! I will say that the cost can add up. * It is a slightly older apartment complex. However, they do a good job with upkeep, so everything works great.
Hands down most helpful staff, reasonable pricing and great layouts. Originally had a hard time finding a decent place to live but came across Lost Creek and hit a jock pot. Totally would recommend this place to anyone who needs a nice and affordable apartment.
I love the location it's across from Trax and the local music store, staff is very friendly
I have wanted to live at these apartments for a few years now because they look nice and are right in the middle of the county. The apartments are well taken care of and look newer than they are. They are right next to the commuter and light rail line. The lady who works in the front office is super nice and friendly. They have a limit of 2 persons per bedroom and only 1/10th of the apartments are 2 bedrooms. Not many crazy kids running around--mostly single people who work at the hospital next door and many students. Everyone pretty much seemd to have things together. The only downsides are the laundry facilities are on one extreme end of the complex and the pool is not heated (also no hot tub).
Me and my girlfriend live here and we LOVE IT. Everything is near here, including hospitals, post offices, theaters, restaurants, park, rec center, etc. You have everything within a 3 mile radius. The office managers are wonderful and accommodating to our needs. Lost Creek is extremely affordable and consistent with their rates. Whenever we had issues, it was fixed within the same day, they even have an emergency maintenance number that you can call. Best of all, it's a smoke free community and the people here are respectful and kind. The environment is amazing and relaxing, my girlfriend loves the Koi fish pond. I can't recommend this place enough.
Lost Creek Apartment are one of a kind, I've been here almost 4 years. The management are awesome, The grounds are well kept n the swimming pool is always clean n is a good place to raise kids. Lost Creek Apartment are GREAT!
The apartments are very cozy, with a fantastic maintenance team that will reply quickly no matter the time of day. The landscaping is very well kept, it's like having a park within the complex itself. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, and friendly apartment complex.
Lost Creek is the best place I have ever lived. The rent is so reasonable, and me being a single person paying rent by myself is really do-able here. The grounds are always well kept and clean, with beautiful mature trees and water features. Tenants have access to laundry facilities, as well as a great outdoor pool. The neighbors are always quiet and friendly. And if something in the apartment breaks, it is replaced immediately and with no questions asked. Pets are also welcomed which is hard to come by these days. If you're looking for friendly staff, and a great place to live, choose Lost Creek Apartments! I will definitely be resigning a lease here.
We love Lost Creek Apartments. Rent is cheap and the facilities are very nice. Although there may not be a lot of room, we have never felt cramped even with guests over. Great area in the middle of the valley. Fantastic starter apartments for a newlywed couple!
