Unprofessional and a waste of time.
Incredibly unprofessional and a waste of time. I called Longhill Grove on March 5th to ask about availability and see about touring the property. No one answered, so I left a voicemail which was never responded to. On March 12th I made an inquiry through their website, and never received any reply. On March 26th I made an online appointment to come in for a tour on April 8th. I received a text and email confirmation for this tour; however, after driving 2 hours, no one was at the office during my scheduled time. I called and again left a voicemail, and again no reply. I came back to the office the next day, still nothing. Today, April 16th, I received my first communication from the leasing office, an email full of typos telling me to call the office if I had any questions- yeah, not happening. If the management can't even adequately serve potential leasers, then I absolutely would not trust them to take care of actual residents. Don't waste your time.

Loud residents, trash always across the parking lot . Not enough staff in the leasing office . Too much for a 2 bedroom . Only 2 maintenance guys & only 1 who knows what he doing .

I have been living here for 16 years. My over all stay here has been very good. My only concern is problems with neighbors. I live on the ground floor and we don't have any say as to who live above you, so I have been having disrespectful neighbors almost my entire stay here. being 72 yrs. old and have people in their 20's with small children living above you is miserable.

This community is unsafe! Lots of drugs, crimes, gangs and kids outside starting trouble. Staff are nice and helpful and the apartments themselves are spacious for the price but it is definitely unsettling to live there, especially alone. There should be a better background check involved.

Good apartments for the price! People mind there business and the people seem pretty nice. The office girls are very nice. Very quick and helpful. they answers all the questions you need and make the process very easy and stress free ! Veronica was the best! appreciate her more than anything for making this process not stressful. this was my first apartment and she sat down and explained everything to me and was just so nice. One of the best!

Overall I love the apartment spacious layout. At the moment, the neighborhood seems pleasant and quiet. It has great amenities such as the pool and gym. I am still settling in and encountering a few maintenance issues. I did not feel the apartment was ready for my move in date, as it seemed like it was rushed and minor things overlooked on preparing the apartment for a new tenant. Once these problems are resolved I can begin to enjoy my new place.

Putting the 'Eh' in the 'Epitome of Cool'.
This apartment complex is more than efficient enough to make you say, "Wow. This is okay." With plain white walls, (with the elegance of a few cracks sneaking their way from the corners, giving the 10-Year-Old building a vintage feeling) and slightly too-dark-of-beige carpets, this place makes you feel like you're living in an average apartment- which is amazing, because you are! The maintenance man, (I call him Larry), named Johnathan, is always friendly, if not a little wanting for practical skills. He always has an answer for what's happening to your apartment, but when asked for a solution, he replies; 'Well, I'll need to look at it a little bit.' Does it get fixed? Well, 70% of the time, it works all the time. But that's alright, because I like the feeling of lukewarm water in the morning. It's motivation to get an above-average party. If you're looking for a pool, look no further! While there are no markings for how deep it is, or any sign of a lifeguard, there's a pothole right in front of my building the size of my Prius that fills with water after a storm. So just hope there's no lightning, and you gotcher self a right down private-sized pool! There is a playground too, just in case you're comfortable with your kids playing just in sight of the creepy guy that walks his dog very slowly by it every day. All in all, this apartment puts the 'enough' in good enough. Its great for folks with low expectations- because it's just enough 'not bad' to impress someone like that.
