The apts are above average. Compared to other apts.these apts stay clean.they stay on top of things with insect spraying and always doing improvements. The management is always courteous and helpful with any and all problems. I would recommend this place by for than any properties along the gulf coast.we've been here for 3yrs now.No complaints
my apartment is a average apartment my apartment is a very hot during the summer and the winter the apartment stay hot alot i like the apartment because it is close to the beach i am a disable veteran i have a hard time paying my bills because very little money thank
