Residents of Eastern Shores have the good fortune of being centrally located in an area that’s known for nice restaurants, clubs and exclusive shops.

  • Fulford Bythe Sea

    Florida sunshine and water sports punctuate the convenient urban neighborhood of Fulford by the Sea. Near both Oleta River State Park and North Miami’s beloved Greynolds Park, residents have a host of recreational and occupational choices here. The nearby Royal Glades canal provides access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the calmer waters of Maule Lake.

  • Kings Point East

    Located on a narrow island just off the coast near Miami, Sunny Isles Beach is known as the "City of Sun and Sea" for good reason. The small, exclusive neighborhood of Kings Point East is located in Sunny Isles Beach, with spectacular beaches and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. The Kings Point East neighborhood and the rest of Sunny Isles Beach is located about 12 miles northeast of Miami and eight miles north of South Beach.
