Just east of East Atlanta Village and south of Kirkwood is where you’ll find Parkview. Just off the I-20, Parkview is comprised of charming cottages and homes set close to each other on tree-lined streets. Memorial Dr. — the area’s northern border — is a culinary corridor leading to the popular restaurants of East Atlanta and Downtown Atlanta beyond that.
The aptly named Parkview is surrounded by green space. Dekalb Memorial Park and Charlie Yates Golf Course make up the majority of outdoor space on offer, but there’s even more in the surrounding neighborhoods. Parkview has become a popular bedroom community for Atlanta. It’s conveniently located, but just outside the noise of the city, and has plenty of nearby attractions to hold its own.
