Omaha's Oklahoma/13th Plaza neighborhood extends north of I-80, following Vinton Street on its northern end. It sits between 25th Street on the west side to 13th Street on the east end. Henry Doorly Zoo is adjacent to the neighborhood. Oklahoma/13th Plaza contains a mix of commercial and residential areas, with several shopping plazas located along Vinton and 13th Streets. Located just three miles southeast of Downtown Omaha, Oklahoma/13th Plaza is a terrific rental location for commuters. Deer Hollow Park is located in the neighborhood. This wooded park includes a playground, a pedestrian bridge, walking paths, a basketball court, and picnic areas. Directly south of the neighborhood, Spring Lake Park features a swimming pool and a golf course.
