Although North University is a popular spot for students, faculty, and staff, you don’t have to be affiliated with the university to enjoy the neighborhood. The winter, late fall, and early winter have the best weather here. Summers are very difficult to get through.

Depends very much on the house. Tucson has a lot of historical homes and some are well kept while others are not so much.

Tucson can be a crime hot spot but considering, I think by the University is generally safe. There are just a lot of small pockets that are very unsafe.
