Great neighborhood, experiencing quality of life and housing appreciation rapidly due to Green Lake and Northgate Station proximity. Good place for a small family.

Criminal and shady activity is very prevalent in my neighborhood. Drug dealing and usage, prostitution, car prowling, and other shady activity is clearly present. Police are around, but it seems like they can't do much.
