Considering factors such as infrastructure, crime, education, the area is probably below average. A lot of residents came from the city of Baltimore so it has increased crime rates. The education is average here and in surrounding areas. I think that it is pretty densely populated. This place is located in the county of Baltimore so while it is much better to live here than the city, we are not that far off.

For the most part it's a quiet neighborhood. There is the usual people who let off fireworks frequently but they don't go all night. The schools in the area could be better and it would be nice if people would stop doing burn out shows in the parking lot of the old Giant.
