Kings Grant is a neighborhood five miles north of Downtown Wilmington and about eight miles from the Atlantic coast. King’s Grant attracts residents for its central location and pleasant atmosphere. Golf courses and community parks are scattered around Kings Grant and there are some just outside of the community too. The beaches a few miles east provide more outdoor recreation.

This is a great area to live. We are a fit community with lot of great outdoor activities. The beach and river provide hours of fun, educational opportunities and events. We love living here.
