The new residents are very racist and the houses are really small. It's not a friendly neighborhood at all. I would recommend living elsewhere.

Not a lot of vacant areas because they are being remodeled and re later sold to person to live in or established a new building of some sort.

There aren't many jobs outlooks but only a few. As far as top employers I am unsure. However, most people spend their times in a majority of bars and restaurants.
