Heritage Hills is a hidden gem. Beautiful oak trees. It's an established neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. Well diverse. The location is great and access to 183 and I- 35. Only 15 mins from downtown.

For the most part natural disasters are not a concern for the inhabitants of Austin. The only recent problem being floods.

Employment availability is satisfactory. If someone makes the effort to look for a job they can easily find one.

The quality of restaurants and nightlife places is very poor around this area. Downtown is where you can find much nicer places.
