I like that it is a tight-knit neighborhood. Everyone looks out for each other. I would like to see more diversity and more respect for people's belongings and property.

Very quiet and not hard to find. Polite, clean and friendly neighbors. Many local beaches and parks to relax. Public buses run all hours during the day and night. Lots of restaurants. Shopping mall not far away. Everything is walking distance.
