I like the new homes. But, the crime rate has gone up. The cars in our neighborhood have been broken into 4 times in the last 30 days. We have to have the police in our neighborhood every night. It is sad that we can not go to sleep without being scared of being robbed of our hard earned belongings. It's super sad, all we can do is pray, seeing that the police and our HOA does nothing to ensure we will be okay.

Avoid using art to gentrify the area! I have seen so much change to this area in the last few years that is facilitated by promoting the homegrown artists. Yet they are the ones struggling to live there!
