Walkable Urban Nightlife

Located directly south of Austin Community College and north of the Market District, Duncan Park is an urban neighborhood a few blocks west of Downtown Austin and the Texas Capitol. Duncan Neighborhood Park is the heart of the community, providing terrific views of the city skyline as well as walking paths, open green space, and picnic tables. The Duncan Neighborhood Park Pedestrian Walkway connects the park with the 9th Street BMX Park, located across 9th Street.

The Duncan Park neighborhood starts at Lamar Boulevard and extends east to Rio Grande Street. This downtown area is filled with shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Walk to a variety of popular destinations along 6th Street, including Via 313 Pizza, the Dogwood, and the Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen.
