Great experience, great apartment

Every part of the rental process was easy and stress-free, thanks to Melanie! I love the character and charm of my one-bedroom apartment. It is the perfect distance from work and also close to anything I might need.

I’m so excited to be moving into my first, Jenn has made me happy with my first apartment. I’m so excited to be living here. My apartment so beautiful couldn’t ask for more I love everything about this place.

My new home...

I've recently moved in to a clean, quiet, very spacious one bedroom apartment at Little River Crossing in Westfield. Melanie and the folks at Madison Square went out of their way to make the rental process simple for me. All the tenants I've met so far are friendly and the location is great being close to town and also near Stanley Park.

Lots of character

I chose this area to be close to family, but I fell in love with the apartment itself. It has all the features I need plus more including the location and proximity to good restaurants and many leisure destinations. I am sure that I'm going to love living here. And I want to thank Gina for guiding me thru the rental process and for being so friendly and efficient. She's the best!

Moving into a new appartment not too far from the downtown, affordable and clean. The realty agents are quick and easy for all the paperwork and was approved within a 3 days, definitely would use this group again.

Bright and spacious

We chose little river apartment, not only for their spacious brightly lit apartment but for its location. Located right in the middle of our jobs and our children's schools. Little river apartment was our perfect choice

Madison square realtors review

Wow!!

Just moved into my newly updated townhouse. Freshly painted, new stainless appliances and a beautiful hardwood living room floor. Very bright and spacious!! Great location near Stanley Park as well as easy access to Rt 20 for all my shopping needs. My cat and I are looking forward to our new home. Thx again, Clarence D
