Lovely facility with very modern fixtures. Property clean with state of the art equipment in the onsite gym. Impressed with the community areas.
It's okay. The people a mostly friendly. I would love for maintenance to leave a note when they have been here so I can know if a service has been completed. Other than that this environment is okay. People just need to pick up after themselves and their pets.

Love it here such a great community. The place feels like home. The amenities are amazing the doggy spa and park is definitely a plus! I’m so happy I made the decision to call this place home.

I’ve lived here for 3.5 years, so I’ve been here from the very beginning. Like any apartment complex, there have been growing pains. Management has changed twice, which is typical for this community since the first company wasn’t originally intended to serve as a management company. There’s room for improvement in cleanliness, parking, and community events. After the first management company transitioned out, the sense of community faded, which led me to focus on the future—ultimately, my decision to leave. That said, this isn’t the worst community I’ve lived in. It has its positives, but the lack of consistency and engagement from management made it harder to feel at home.

Community is amazing! Only that after the switch over, it’s a bit hard to pay rent as we don’t have an app anymore like we used to but the online portal is good

The staff is very helpful but the communication could be better. I waited a long time to hear anything back about the maintenance request I submitted. Also there is no way to contact anyone after hours for emergencies.

Motiva started as a nice place to live but has unfortunately gone down hill. For the amount of money you spend in rent you would expect at the least for the property to be maintained. Sadly that is not the case. Trash is constantly left around the building/parking lot and gym equipment has been down for months with no plans in place for repairs. Parking is a major issue where there are not enough spots for the residents due to mgmt being reactive instead of proactive. All of these issues have been brought to management’s attention but you will be lucky if you get a response as the phones are never answered and the emails are left unread. They will sell you a dream when you tour the property and encourage you to write a review which is why the ratings currently do not accurately reflect the residents actual experience. After move in, you will quickly realize the only thing that matters is filling the vacancies and the people that are already occupying the apartments are left forgotten.

It was good at first. Things are starting to change and i can’t say if it’s good or bad. Packages always left out in open. Parking sucks. No more food trucks or weekly activities either

My experience has been decent as I moved in within the last 2 months. I have only been here so far during winter and had higher expectations on how snow and ice were removed/ maintained on pavement. When I moved in there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed in the apartment which took some time to complete as parts needed to be ordered. Any other issues around heat and water temperature were prioritized and completed within a few hours but I will say that water in the shower does not stay hot long.

I’ve been here for less than a year and there has been a variety of issues. Parking has always been an issue since move in, the gym area is always dirty/ messy, and some of the leasing staff isn’t as helpful/welcoming. The place has potential, but it needs a more permanent team that’s dedicated to improving the property. Sometimes it’s hard to reach the office by phone or email. It seems like help is only given if you persistently visit the leasing office, reminding the team of your issues. Furthermore, there’s always a new leasing agent every time I visit the office.

My experience has been good could be better. People are getting more careless around here. Trash thrown on the ground outside, people not picking up after their dogs, rental office staff members do not place packages in lockers any more (the mail room is a mess), everyone use to be a lot more friendly, emails rental office staff do not send out emails like old staff did

This property has went downhill, especially since the new management, Willow Bridge took over. The common areas are dirty and smell like weed, constant auto breakins and wheel theft, NO SECURITY AT ALL and poor communication from the management. Do not be fooled by the OLD REVIEWS.

Hands down the best property. Brittany the Property Manager has been great. She has been helpful through the entire process. Can't wait to move in and get in the pool.
I recently moved here July 2022! I’m absolutely in love with this property! Where do I start, my apartment is spacious and aesthetically gorgeous! Endless cabinet space and large closets! The clubhouse is so awesome along with the upscale gym! The staff, Amber, Stephanie, Sue and Brittany are all so friendly and professional! Maintenance Tech Malik is the best! He is responsive and very efficient! I am so happy MOTIVA is my home!
I just moved in and I love it. The apartments are so spacious and I have a great view of all the trees. All my neighbors are so helpful and nice. I also loved seeing the roses and gifts in my home when I first moved in. The office staff is dynamic.
I visited Motiva last week and it is quite a beauty. The floorplans are large and great closet space. I love the clubhouse and fitness centers. I met Brittany and the team, and they were extremely helpful and nice. I am applying today to move in July.
I've loved it here so far. The area is quiet. Neighbors aren't blasting music. The apartments have great amenities and the units are completely new. The staff is always helpful and amazing and I like the steady direction of progress in the landscape and buildings. Overall, I truly recommend loving here if you love quiet areas.
I toured Motiva with Brittany and she has been such a help. She answered all my questions and helped me choose the best floor plan. Motiva is gorgeous. I love the onsite amenities and the location. I choose the B1 floorplan which has bright floor to ceiling windows. I can't wait to move in March.
