Overall, it's good, but the parking experience needs improvement. It's expensive but unsafe; anyone can enter and steal or do something else. There should be a separate parking area for Sprouts and for residents.
The complex is fine and well maintained. It would be nice to see the commercial spaces filled sooner than later. It would also be nice if potential or coming commercial spaces can be shared with the tenants.

I hate it here. I love the apartment but got lucky with quiet neighbors. The noise transfer between walls is terrible. Aside from that, the fire alarm goes off constantly, one time for over 2 hrs straight! Parking is terrible, actually horrendous. Only at 50% capacity but tough to find a spot and no security either (cars broken into or tires stolen). Not waiting until all the other commercial spaces to be done to find out how bad it’ll get…. And also not waiting around for management to do nothing, as always

This place is so beautiful and peaceful by the waterfront! And cannot beat Sprouts right below!! The convenience is unmatched! Parking is not included and pretty pricey!

Everything has been good so far overall. However, I do not like how all of our amenity rooms close at 10. I do not like how the fire alarms go off here and there for long periods of time. Sometimes a lot is going on at night in the area. Other than that, it has been a nice experience. The apartment is very clean and has nice views.

Seamless moving experience. Beautiful, clean amenities. Super convenient to public transit, bridges, highways. Walkable to multiple neighborhoods. The scenic views of the Delaware are second to none!

This place is very beautiful and the front desk is always nice. My only complaint is it gets loud at night with cars blasting music or revving engines late at night, but this isn’t anything against the property or staff. Columbus blvd can be interesting at night.

Residents leave trash in the hallways for weeks on end, maintenance requests are not answered in a timely manner, management is impossible to get a hold of.

The views are amazing and the apartment building is relatively quiet. My apartment is also the perfect layout... I love that it opens up to the courtyard. However, my floor has many vacant apartments that have smoke alarms constantly beeping. I've mentioned it to management a few times and they said it would be taken care of and it hasn't been for a week. Also, I put in a service request to fix my blinds because they aren't going up and the ticket request was canceled without any explanation. When I look at other apartments, I see that their blinds go up so I'm not sure why my ticket was canceled. All in all, the apartment is so stunningly beautiful.

I’ve lived in luxury apartments before, but this place has been my least favorite. Communication between management and residents needs improvement, especially as it pertains to faulty equipment and repairs.

Took a tour about a month ago the leasing agent had no knowledge of the property. She showed me apartments I wasn’t interested in renting. She half showed me the amenities space. I was told she would send me a video of the apartment layout I was interested in. It’s going on two months I haven’t received the video as of yet. She never followed up this is the second tour I have taken hoping I would get someone else. Nope same person both tour were a disaster

The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Yana! There are still some issues being worked out (parking garage spaces, trash valet costs, sidewalks not taken care of with inclement weather), but with it being a new building it’s expected. Hoping they take current resident opinions in account!

To be brief I would be much happier here if the property manager was replaced. He was handed keys to a brand new building to run and it’s decaying fast under his management. The lack of his respect towards residents is apparent, always diminishing feelings and shooing away complaints or issues. There’s bound to be issues in a new building but having someone that isn’t competent in handling them is making this place go downhill fast.
