Located just one block from Massachusetts Ave. N.W. and a short walk to Metro’s Red Line Tenleytown-AU Metro stop. Ample street parking is also available. Spring Valley Apartments offers convenient downtown living. Less than two blocks from American University’s main campus and within a mile of Tenleytown Metro, these apartments are located in one of Washington D.C.’s premier residential neighborhoods. The apartment community has 28 apartments – 22 two-bedroom units, and 6 three-bedroom units. There are only four apartments in each of the two-story, garden-style buildings.
