The front porch is great for wine and unwinding. Looking for responsible renters. Dogs and cats are allowed with prior approval. Upstairs is just over 1,100 sq ft. Downstairs has plenty of storage in the basement, as well as a washer and dryer. Previous occupants have used the enclosed back patio as a WFH office, effectively adding a room to the already spacious two bedrooms. Note that all utilities, including high speed internet are included.
