I loved living here I had such a great time. It was in the perfect location and I had so many friends that lived in the building. It was right across from campus which made my commute a breeze.
Good location for UM, very clean and well kept. The front desk is helpful and none of my packages have been lost or stolen. Nice pool and adjacent Thesis Hotel is great for hosting guests. Parking spaces are small/difficult to find sometimes but overall a great place to live.
It has everything you can ask for a very wonderful experience. The restaurants for delicious. The pool area was relaxing. All the staff were so helpful and kind.
Excellent. It's comfortable and very nice. There is always someone to go to when I need help with something. The amenities are great and people are nice too.

I love it here. It is so nice, with great amenities, and a great atmosphere. It is also located in a great location for easy access to many Coral Gables activities. I cannot wait the have a great year at the University of Miami.
Moving in was a breeze. THesis staff was kind and helpful. Apartment was clean. Parking ample and easily accessed. Working with Ursula, Sakura, Mavis and the parking company has been a pleasure. The concierge facilitated our needs at every turn during our move in time slot. The welcome packet was thorough and informative. Thanks!
It’s a great experience here just very loud at night time. Great pool and gym and staff. They are always here to help. I wish parking cost a little less.
Overall a great environment for a college apartment, the staff is very friendly and quick to help. There's definitely obnoxious neighbors but that comes with any college apartment, especially in Miami. I feel like I'm living in a luxury building for college I'd def recommend
Love it here! Beautiful building! I loved the pool and location is great for students at UM! Only thing was frequent broken elevators and lack of the hotel side helping out residents, but besides that, 10/10 love it!
everything is great! my daughter stays here while going to the U. we visit often and stay at the thesis hotel!! staff is friendly, amenities are nice and location is perfect!
It’s great! I feel safe and the pool is great. Quick walk to school and the restaurant next door has really yummy food. The people at the front desk are very nice too.
I love Thesis, I feel very safe, is very clean and I use the amenities frequently. I go to the pool, the gym and meet with my friends in the courtyard. All the staff is very friendly and diligent. All of them know me by my first name...
Immediately moving in it was “home” The staff help accommodate with any issue, which is rare. There are many apartments in this area and it is overwhelming which place is right for you, check out thesis if you can.
Overall, I think that the amenities are great and I enjoy the many events that are thrown by the building. I think that there should be a hot tub and maybe some discounts on restaurants on the hotel side.

Still one of the best locations in Coral gables and the staff is always helpful and proactive in additional to being friendly and accessible. Love the amenities and all of the programming available from the Thesis Hotel next door.
I have been living at the residences at thesis for over a year and I would not want to live anywhere else as a college student. Consistently it has been a spectacular building with great facilities. Any issue I had was resolved immediately and with care and thought. The maintenance staff has always been so kind and helpful, they consistently make me happy to live here. The staff in the leasing office has always been so helpful to both me and my peers. They are always ready and willing to help me and so understanding. The staff and the building make this the best place to live.

I have lived at the Residence at THesis since the opening of the building in July 2020. The apartments are great but the best part of the property is the management team. I have been impressed with every single interaction with the management, maintenance, and concierge - they are all incredible. The apartments are brand new, the appliances all work wonderfully, the property is clean and well-kept. There is a gym, a lap pool, large pool deck with chairs, tables, and grills. The location of the property is so convenient and it is directly across the street from the UM campus. Publix is a 2 minute drive away or a short walk. CVS, UPS, and many other places are within walking distance. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a park directly behind the building with a tennis court and basketball court. There are hair salons, barbers, and a (very good) restaurant on site - with more to come. The package delivery system used here is amazing! Packages are delivered to a "locker" and a code is texted/emailed to you upon delivery, so you can retrieve your package at your convenience and not worry about it being taken. Larger packages are kept at the front desk and concierge is available 24/7. The parking garage is a huge benefit to avoid being caught in the rain or getting flood damage to your car. The garage is gated and has adequate lighting throughout. The price can be intimidating but you get what you pay for and having lived here for 6 months now, I can confidently say it is worth it! Again, the best part about this place is the kindness of the everyone who works here.
