To resident experience here is great. The sub are very understanding and they’re able to work with you as long as you communicate with them they’re good with maintenance request.

Is ok. Cheap nice roommates, good staff. Maintenance works pretty fast. The roads are kinda bad and at night i cant find parking, but overall its an ok experience

It’s been okay, I like the area of the apartments. The commute to campus is decent and is convenient. The apartments do well with engaging with the residents as well with events they host.

Had many issues with maintenance and it took a year and the issues getting worse for them to finally choose to solve the issues. Constant maintenance requests and phone calls did not help.

It’s been great. The maintenance team has been working really hard compared to last year, and the apartment complex looks much cleaner. I also love that we now have our own mailroom. I must admit, the management is doing an excellent job.

My main and big issue is that the unit had a lot of problems when we moved in and it took a good while before everything was fixed but other then that all the staff are really nice.

Good apartment good amenities bad WiFi, might not be super clean when you move in or clean at all. The layout of the rooms are fun. Definitely have maintenance come over a lot when you move in.

The fall community events have been good and engaging. The apartments are a good size with good size rooms. Got rid of 25 utility credit which used to be helpful.

did not have a good move in experience and there were roaches in the apartment and they have not left yet after pest control have came twice

I love the events they plan for residents! They’re so thoughtful and fun! I love getting to connect with everyone through them. I also love the different amenities the apartments offer. I would say that I wished my apartment was thoroughly checked and cleaned before moving in. We found a lot of problems in the apartment when we first moved in. Luckily maintenance came in and fixed everything, but it was quite upsetting when we first moved in.

The ridge so far has been amazing. This is my first apartment ever and I’ve had the best experience. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are always so incredibly helpful!!

Living in this apartment community has been a really positive experience. I enjoy the sense of comfort and convenience that comes with having everything I need close by. The neighbors I’ve met have been friendly and respectful, which makes the place feel welcoming. I appreciate that the staff is approachable and quick to respond whenever something comes up, whether it’s maintenance or just a question. The shared spaces and occasional community events are a nice bonus, giving me a chance to connect with others without feeling pressured. At the same time, I like having the privacy and independence of my own apartment while still being part of a larger community. Overall, living here has been smooth, enjoyable, and has given me a place that really feels like home

I love the Ridge, I have known people who lived here for years through school and said it was a great housing option for students, i took their advice and I can say they werent wrong.

It’s been good I’ve been here a month and haven’t gotten a lot of stuff I reported the first day fixed, but it hasn’t been extremely awful and I love my cozy appt

Living at the Ridge has been an amazing experience and blessing. The rates are very good and the service is always above and beyond. On top of that the management is always hosting events to give back to the community

It’s cheap and affordable but there’s not enough maintenance people so they seem kind of overwhelmed and it can take a second for stuff to get fixed.

Living at The Ridge has truly been a positive and memorable experience. I spent two years here, and from day one, everything about the complex exceeded my expectations. The leasing process was smooth, and the office staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They made moving in feel easy and stress-free.

Community is great, I love my roommates and the rent pricing. Good amenities but I have had to call maintenance several times for issues with the amenities (water heating, broken fan, outlets with no covers, ect.) However maintenance themselves are great, very kind and helpful. I would recommend these apartments (the pool and 24/7 gym are fantastic).

Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times, especially in the evenings, but it's manageable. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

I think the office could more responsive, but other than that I enjoy living here! My neighbors can be loud at times but everyone is respectful and kind

Ever since I’ve moved in, the front office has been helpful. Moving in has been easy and nice and clean. I’ve also feel safe living here. Also I like that when I moved in everything was clean.

Amenities are good and my selling point was the dog park as I have a dog who loves to run. Having a gate to the community makes me feel more safe. The towing company is also very diligent here and I never have issues parking in my reserved spot. Water is free and utilities are generally low as they have replaced and upgraded AC units.

So far so good. Quiet and safe community but really come together for a good event. I love when sponsors come to serve food. My service request hasn’t been answered but I know they’ll get to it, I just wish they were a bit faster.

Staff members are usually friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled promptly, though at times, response times can be slower during busy periods. However, the reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the occasional noise from neighbors and limited parking, especially on weekends. While these issues aren’t always disruptive, they can be a minor inconvenience. Overall, The Ridge is a great place to live, offering comfort, convenience, and community at a reasonable price.

This is definitely a student housing complex that serves students with care, though it has an older style to the apartments, renovations are being made and the resident service is very kind and personable. There are lots of fun events and activities held throughout the year, as management makes an effort to foster community and connection across the complex. Maintenance is very responsive, and attentive to every apartment issue, they are very responsive to conflicts and concerns with tenants and have a very balanced approach to conflict resolution. As a resident of two years I recommend picking the ridge if you are looking to save money but still have a good living experience in student housing

So far, no complaints, blows my old apartment complex out of the water! Staff is super helpful! The pool area is beautiful and the gym is amazing!

Love the community engagement but It is my first time in a apartment I love the community as well. I just kind of wish that the maintenence were more on point with arriving to your door nonetheless I really enjoy this establishment.

It’s been okay so far a few noise complaints from my upstairs neighbors. I have called the front office but they never picked up or got back to me.

It is my second year now at the Ridge at North Texas and I must say it’s been amazing so far. I love it because it is as calm as I want my environment to be and the employees are responsive to my concerns.

My stay at The Ridge has been overall comfortable and enjoyable. This is my third year living here and the staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. I had minor issues with utilities, but it hasn't been too bad. It is an affordable place to live if you are a student.

A good place to live with roommates, and offers excellent amenities. Your new gym is fantastic, with everything we need to maintain our good health. The team can support whenever necessary.

Pretty good. Easy access close to everything honestly. One thing is that our apartments weren't rdy when we moved in so we had to clean. But restrooms where clean so that's good.

These apartments are pretty nice one of my only complaints is that every so often a foul smell appears in your room and stays for about 30 seconds

The place is nice, the only issue I am having so far is with some maintenance issues and the lack of response as of yet. But overall, I am enjoying it.

The security here is amazing in apartment is amazing not even including the Wi-Fi. All the staff is absolutely incredible and I enjoy spending my off days at the pool and the friendships. I have made have been absolutely amazing.

Living at Ridge at North Texas in Denton was convenient and comfortable. The apartments are spacious, the amenities like the pool and fitness center are well-kept. Management is responsive, though parking can get tight at times. Overall, a good student-friendly community.

The staff was friendly, responsive, and made everything really easy from start to finish. I appreciated how clear the communication was and how quickly they handled any questions I had. Overall, it was a stress-free experience, and I’m looking forward to living here!

I enjoy staying here and the amenities are great for the price. However, the building look like they are falling apart and the roads have potholes. Overall, it’s not bad for the price but definitely needs some renovation done.

I feel like this is a very good starter place for people who are moving out for the first time. I also think the community and the location is also really nice and has good security as well.

Everything is kind of fine. My roomates are so sweet, and the apartment is in good condition. But the additional fee like risk fee is insane.

While I am currently waiting to move-in, I would say the process of starting and signing my lease was handled with care by the staff at The Ridge. They made my first apartment lease experience easy to understand, while highlighting the importances as well.

It is almost getting to the end of my first year lease and I must say it’s been a great experience living here. Guess what? I have already renewed my lease.
