2112 New Hampshire Avenue

I have really enjoyed my time at the 2112 New Hampshire Avenue. There is a strong sense of community in the building, and the location is ideal. The staff are phenomenal, especially Jef and Janice who really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Definitely made the right choice moving here.

2112 New Hampshire is a great place to live! The management is responsive and friendly, the building is well-maintained (though older), and the location is unbeatable. The only downside is the central air is centrally controlled, which can lead to some hot days or weeks awaiting changeover... so be cautious if you're very heat sensitive

Great unit, great location, very friendly and helpful front staff. Sometimes unresponsive via email, but a phone call or a visit does the trick! New laundry machines are wonderful.

Excellent and seamless move-in experience. Facilities are great, staff are kind, and the neighborhood is wonderful. Overall, one of the better experiences I've had.

2112 New Hampshire Ave is the best! All of the staff is super kind and responsive, from security guards to maintenance crew members, to Ms. Janice, to Jef. I love my neighbors too, this building is really a community!

I’m a new resident, but so far really impressed with the building. I’ve met several of the staff members, and they are all very kind and helpful. My lease signing and move-in experience was a breeze. My neighbors are friendly. The apartment was clean and in excellent shape by move in. I feel very safe, cared for, and at home here!

I lived at 2112 New Hampshire for a little over three years and I loved this place. It's impossible to find better balconies in NW DC. The staff are really friendly, and they set up regular events like ice cream socials and food trucks. Package/concierge is very secure too. It's also a fantastic location - close to U St but a few blocks off so it's a quiet neighborhood. I can't recommend this place enough.

A great building with great management! I particularly like the view over meridian hill park, it's great to wake up to greenery outside instead of a view of another apartment block.

I have really enjoyed the amenities and location’s proximity to both the U St and DuPont Metro Stations. It makes getting to and from school a breeze.

I just moved in, so can't speak to long-term concerns, but everything went smoothly with the leasing and move-in process, and the apartment was sparkling and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love living here. The community is great, the management and maintenance staff are top notch, and it feels like a home more than a rental building.

The building and community are nice enough, but my apartment smells like weed and cigarettes when my neighbor smokes. The maintenance staff is very helpful and professional.

I’ve been living here for 1.5 years, and absolutely love this building. The location is perfect! The staff are amazing! Especially Jose, Nadan and Jeff). They are always extremely responsive to any questions or phone calls I may have. Jose our maintenance supervisor is quick to address any of our maintenance needs, and is even at times on call after hours. Jeff our newer property manager has extreme attention to detail, regularly inspects the property and is friendly with all of the tenants. Nadan, our evening concierge is always very friendly and ensures the safety of guests in the evenings.

Great place to live, good location, but for the price we pay we should have a lot better amenities. The gym is so outdated, and needs to be redone.

The management seems to really care about resident experience which I very much appreciate. There are weekly emails that go out so the communication feels like a very good thing. For what it is, it’s a good price for the location and the amenities are good. I wish the gym was a bit nicer, but can’t complain!

I’ve enjoyed really my time here so far and I’m hoping to renew my lease soon! Very friendly staff, nice accommodations, and a very convenient location!

I've truly loved living at 2112 and love the staff so much. Jef is the best building manager and is sooooo kind. The maintenance staff is wonderful too!

I lived here before and bever felt include or even respected but has change a lot. I feel now as part of our community, we have a great and friendly management team. That makes a huge difference

I live in a 450 square foot studio. It's the smallest layout in the building, however, it is an extremely good use of space. The kitchen is separate and so is the closet area, so it doesn't feel as though you're cooking right next to your pillow! All appliances and granite counter tops are upgraded so it gives this older building a newer feel. The windows are huge letting in lots of light! On once side, you have an excellent view of Meridian Hill Park, and on the other a good view of the city space from the higher floors. A 24 hour concierge and a rooftop area are added bonuses which make this apartment building safe and enjoyable. It doesn't have a pool or a lounge area, and the gym is sub-par which is why I gave 2112 4 stars. I love living here and would recommend it!

Staff at this property are friendly. Maintenance is responsive, and the location can't be beat. Telecommuters may find challenges such as noise and water shut off due to ongoing construction. Since management controls whether we get A/C or heat, there may be a few hot/cold nights as the seasons transition. Overall, an average apartment experience for NW DC!

Older building with great staff. Apartments have been renovated and are a great size for studios and 1 bedrooms. The only downside is that there is always a lot of construction going on but it comes with the territory as they are trying to upgrade most apartments and the exterior of the building to cater to residents.
