The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Alden
Aria Residential which manages this property makes it extremely hard to get any response when property issues arise. Someone placed a cable lock on the back gate of the property and trash cannot be collected. The whole back area is filling with garbage, worsening the already persistent rat problem, and management does not respond to messages in the app they have residents sign up for, does not respond to emails, does not pick up the phone, and is not at the office location at the Clifton around the block as they claim they will be during business hours. The ticket I submitted to maintenance has also been sitting for several days with no attempts to solve the issue. There is no point to having multiple ways of contacting management if no one is going to monitor any of them. Extremely frustrating.
Management started off not great, but they brought a new manager (Michael) who has done a spectacular job since he was brought in. The building itself is very nice, extremely modern and new appliances, and very well designed layout. Overall I have had a great living experience, and look forward to being a long term tenant.
