The Morgan at Chapel Hill

I can't imaging living in a better apartment complex. Everything they are expected to do as owners and mangers and caretakers of the property they excel in!

I have not been here long but so far I like it. They keep the grounds very nice and are Very helpful.

The Morgan at Chapel Hill has provided an efficient and streamlined application and leasing process. The apartments have large and thoughtful floor plans, which are distinct from a lot of the other communities in the area (especially at the price point). Love having a garage included in my floor plan. Overall, an excellent experience and wonderful professional team members at all levels.

This is a great place for a first apartment. If you can overlook roaches, a little dirt, and awful paint jobs then you should be good. In my personal experience, I just need a place to rest my head. I was expecting more but you definitely get what you pay for.

Quiet, pastoral setting with well maintained grounds. Responsive management and maintenance. Pet friendly.

Our family have resided at The Morgan of Chapel Hill for almost 3 years! It has truly been a blessing living here. There is a strong sense of community, and family atmosphere. The staff here are friendly and very professional.We have no regrets moving here.

The property and neighborhood are amazing. Lots of green space and natural beauty.

I love my apartment. It’s spacious, clean and all the amenities I could ask for. The community is quite friendly and helpful. It’s so peaceful at night, it’s hard to believe I’m in an apartment.

Moving from Wisconsin was a big decision but being in the Morgan has made everything so easy. We love the amenities and out unit has everything we need!

Great apartment complex!! Amazing location for UNC grad students, right by the Friday Center park-and-ride. Very clean and safe neighborhood with tons of awesome amenities, and great apartments. Would definitely suggest!

Do you like to sleep comfortably? Do you like to be able to walk without hearing pops and crunches? Well don’t move here! Because when you’re walking you might hear a loud POP! And it’s because you’ve stepped on a cockroach. That dark spot you think is wood? Nope, cockroach. The pest control treatments? Ineffective even after their recommended week! So come on down to The Morgan where all the big brown creepy crawlers are your roommates!

My husband and I are so happy we found The Morgan. A great place to live. Wonderful community, great facilities.

Our family are extremely happy to be apart of The Morgan Community! My daughter and I met Tyler during our tour of The Morgan. We were immediately convinced that this would be our new home. We’ve been apart of the community almost two weeks now, and our experience has been wonderful! The staff and the community are friendly and very welcoming. Keep up the good work. Overall good apartments to live in but I have had significant issues with maintenance. Since move in my dishwasher has had issues but after multiple repair requests over several months they still refuse to do anything about it. Really disappointed with maintenance (especially considering the recent significant rent increase) but the amenities of the complex and the rest of the unit are nice. Overall I like living here, just cross your fingers nothing breaks because it's going to stay that way.

I am a widow living with my special needs daughter. I love the security of my home, the maintenance staff are outstanding and the amenities are icing on the cake!

The best rental community in the zone. Relax, Clean, friendly, excellent staff, accesible, close to main roads, supermarkets, restaurants. Superb amenities, such as pool/ recreational area, gym, car wash, packages hub and nature plenty of green areas.

The Morgan at Chapel Hill is a well maintained, comfortable, quiet community. The staff at the front desk and the maintenance team are helpful, prompt and courteous. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably cared for.

Dont lease here they have roaches and other pest issues

If you work at UNC or attend classes this is a good place to live for an easy walk plus bus to campus. One way trip takes me 30 minutes door to door and that is nice. The grounds are well kept and maintenance staff are courteous and skilled. Lived here almost 3 years with no issues with noise or neighbors. The apartments are good size for the money and updated nicely. Im really happy to have chosen to live here. I would recommend the Morgan Apartments.

The Morgan is a nice upscale development, nice grounds , knowledgeable , friendly staff , close to RDU and colleges .

Facilities, amenities, and location are awesome, but the best of the best is the personnel, both office and maintenance!!!!

This is a beautiful community with awesome amenities (clean & spacious gym, pool, bus stop, etc.) & its a convenient distance from UNCs campus (about 10 minutes). Service requests are resolved in a timely manner & the indoor layout of the apartment spaces is gorgeous. I especially enjoy the open kitchen design & the porch which are perfect for entertaining guests. Noise is kept to a minimum & its a great environment to study in or socialize with neighbors.

Excellent place to live. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and always available to residents.

The Morgan at Chapel Hill includes a great variety of features, amenities and benefits: its infrastructure, well maintained and beautifully kept; its location, quiet, yet close enough to the city center, surrounded by excellent restaurants, stores, medical facilities and access to main roads. Amenities such as a resort level pool and activities room areas, state of the art gym, beautiful landscaping and most important and appreciated asset, the staff. Both Administrative & Maintenance staff are unique, like the fingerprint. Next month I will start my 3rd year living in this family community that I can call Home

The Morgan is an outstanding apartment complex that requires a slight amount of work to be considered perfect. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to live in the Chapel Hill area.

The Morgan is a wonderful place to live! The renovations give the apartments a modern look yet keep the comfortable feel.

Lovely pastoral setting & walkable. Pet friendly. I love the layout of my apartment. Previous to COVID, the social events from the Care Team provided a real sense of community - harder with present circumstances but they are trying!

Easy going living expereince with great amenities and friendly staff.

The management staff at The Morgan at Chapel are the best I have worked with. They are very responsive and caring of the residents here. The complex has plenty of amenities including gyms and social events (with precautions and social distancing during the pandemic). The complex is very clean and well taken care of. There is plenty of green space. Trash and recycling pick up is very convenient. The Amazon package hub is also very convenient. There are plenty of parking and garages are available to rent at a reasonable price. The interior is well updated with wood/laminate flooring and granite counter tops. The location is excellent and also close to UNC. I have been all over the US to relocate for my job and this is the best apartment I have rented so far.

Perfect place for Graduate Students! Close proximity to campus and the highway is the ideal location. Super pet-friendly and great finishes in the apartment. The maintenance crew make the community. They are the best around!

I love living at the Morgan at Chapel Hill. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and the amenities are a major bonus. The staff is friendly and does and excellent job making the Morgan a living community.

I have only lived here a couple of months but it appears to me that The Morgan is very concerned about its residents and their comfort. They seem to take very good care of the grounds and have responded speedily to all of my requests. Victoria

The amenities, location and experience of living at The Morgan is exceptional! Rent isn't too expensive and you have everything you could possibly want within near driving distance.

This is a nice place to live and good value. I'm here due to location near UNC campus and golf course, and have enjoyed the peaceful and pleasant apartment and grounds. All my neighbors have been quiet and never had any noise issues with the students living near my apartment. Overall, glad I found this place to live as it's been the perfect apartment to spend lots of time during the Covid lock-down. Also, apartment management have done well with keeping us informed about lock-down rules and allowing facilities to remain open when possible. Happy with my experience here.

The Morgan have the best location, great atmosphere, excellent staff (both office & maintenance) and can call it home

The Morgan provides such an serene setting. It's tucked away from the main road, surrounded by trees. Parking is plentiful, the buildings have a nice aesthetic, and the apartments are spacious with updated finishes. Due to COVID-19, we had to lease the apartment without ever seeing it in person, but once we arrived we could not have been more pleased!

I love living here! I originally moved to Chapel Hill for school and don't plan on moving out of this complex until I graduate. There are always great community events happening, the maintenance is always super fast to respond, and the staff are very friendly!

Great place to live! I appreciate the thorough maintenance of the surrounding areas. Laws, walkways, and communal spaces are always in top-notch condition.
