It’s been a good time here. Staff is great and maintenance guy Maleak is the absolute man. The elevators are a bit annoying but it is what it is.
Great staff and management fantastic support/repair time when needed. Good area, close to everything. Good gym apartment space, rent isn't cheap but it's a much better deal than the surrounding area's apartments
Brand new appliances and very spacious apartment. The staff were very helpful during my move in. For move in, I would suggest getting a street permit since it will be tough to park and unload otherwise.
Building is reasonably priced in a great location and has refurbished units. Overnight security guard is nice as is having a gym on site even if it isn’t the greatest gym.
Just moved in and it’s been a wonderful experience so far! Dana was extremely helpful to ensure my transition here was smooth by being responsive and accommodating.
Just moving into this apartment building but I can already tell that I'm going to love it here. The building manager Dana is absolutely fabulous and has made my move-in process seamless! Highly recommend exploring Rittenhouse Row as your next home.

Dana and her property management team have made me feel so welcomed in my first 2 weeks living here! They are so on top of everything and make sure any of my requests are answered right away. All of my neighbors have been so nice, and I’m looking forward to getting to know people more.
Nice new apartments in a great location and at a very affordable price. The Public spaces are clean and staff is quick to respond. I would highly recommend Rittenhouse Row Apartments to someone looking to live in Center City.
Lovely landlord, quiet, clean, and spacious apartments with a lovely gym in a nice area. I recently moved in and I've been more than pleasantly surprised at all the accomodations.
I love living here. It’s small and quaint but really beautiful. Everyone who works here is so attentive and it’s not hard to get questions answered. My neighbors are super cool working people. It’s never too loud
Great building! It’s got old-time charm given its history being developed in the 1900’s, but it’s brilliantly updated. Staff is wonderful. You cannot beat the location either. Love my space and have lovely neighbors
Management and maintenance aren’t the best (both elevators were down for over a week this summer) but the apartment is in a great location in center city and a decent value
Perfect location, awful building and management. I've lived here for a little over a year now and there is always something wrong with this building. Maintenance entered my building without notifying me prior or afterwards and cut a huge hole in my ceiling due to water damage from a water heater that bursted on the top floor just days after it was "inspected". There was also no working elevator for two weeks straight and trying to get ahold of anyone from management here is a joke. If safety is important to you, Rittenhouse Row is not for you.
