We are throughly pleased with our choice - the on-site staff is truly terrific, the other residents are friendly, and the location is unbeatable. We walk everywhere, and we're exploring new restaurants and coffee shops every week. Even our dog loves it! Our apartment, itself, is perfect for the two of us: spacious and well-lit, with a large balcony that we use every day. It's a comfortable space that we're happy to come home to, and in the end, that's really what we wanted from our new space.

Circ apartment is great if you want your place, which is clean and smells nice all the time. The lady who maintains all the floors is amazing and absolutely sweet. All the residents are very friendly.

My overall experience is good. I found staffs to be responsive. However, I feel like the apartment is leased in a rush. Thanks apartment is advertised to be wifi ready, but I need to wait for at least 10 days to get the wifi running because later on inspection the Internet wire was disconnected. The service provider should be asked to have the inspection of those devices before leasing it. Also, one of the bedroom door was not in a proper conditions and toilet seats had wear and tear. This things should have been well inspected and painted before leasing.

The management at CIRC has been wonderful, leasing office and maintenance has been great! Only real areas of concern are price and some location annoyances - mainly being paying $100 a month for parking to not have 24/7 access to every single spot in the garage

property manager is amazing, very quick to respond and understanding. The place is extremely clean I have not seen a single bug or piece of trash out in the 6 months I have lived here. The maintenance is quick to respond as well and always gets the job done same day. I enjoy the balcony area and the secured mail system (packages can never be stolen). They are also super strict with COVID-19 protocols in common areas which is appreciated.

this place is awesome! so many great amenities and amazing staff. The parking garage is so nice in the city, trash is picked up outside your front door and the common area is cleaned very often. The appliances are new and work great! Really recommend living here!

Circ Apartments is a fabulous new apartment complex with very responsive management and maintenance. I have been living here since May and have no complaints! Management even gave the residents a luxury coffee machine in the lobby area, which has been great when I have forgotten to make coffee before heading to work! Aside from that, Shauna and the rest of the management team have been so helpful and have gone above and beyond any time I've had a question or even the slightest inconvenience. We also had a fun door decorating contest with a monetary prize! It was a great way to brighten people's day with creative designs from our favorite movies and a great way to give back to the residents by offering a gift card.

The building is new and the construction has TOO many problems. We had our house flooded with SEWAGE water for 3 days straight and no one helped us. We are ready to move out as soon as our lease ends! Terrible experience.
