Located in north Boulder, 29 miles from downtown Denver, the Glenwood Grove-North Iris neighborhood attracts families living and working in Boulder as well as those who commute to Denver. Known as the most liberal city in Colorado, the neighborhood and the surrounding Boulder area emit a strong artistic and intellectual vibe with the University of Colorado at its center.
A relatively young community, the neighborhood's average age sits below 30, but in spite of the youthful nature of the area, its residents earn above-average wages. The combination of these factors create an eclectic and progressive mood in the area.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Valencia Gardens
Decent location, but management is unresponsive and very difficult to work with. Worth waiting to find a more reasonably priced place in the area with better management.
The area of Boulder is really lovely and walkable, but is not worth it to deal with FourStar. Terrible landlords with poor communication. It is worth trying to find another apartment in the area from a different leasing company rather than dealing with them
Four Star Reality is known for its terrible management, but how they treat the Valencia Garden tenants and grounds is horrific. They routinely overcharge and apply error fees to monthly statements and gaslight you when you call to inquire. They also gaslight you if you ask them to fulfill duties listed on your lease. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. The apartment is fine but not worth the amount they charge, considering the lack of amenities and terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
The bathroom fan, dryer, and stove "vents" just blow air around the unit, we can hear every step taken by our upstairs neighbors, and the management company (4 star) is slow to respond to maintenance issues. The apartments look nice but it's a facade.
This apartment complex is great. It's walking distance to the Farm, a shopping center with a dynamite thai place and across the street from the best Safeway in Boulder. The rooms are spacious, the place is completely renovated floor to ceiling. Couldn't recommend it more.
