The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Milo is a nice tranquil community, the people here are hard working and very professional. That's why I renewed my lease another year.

I haven’t been here long but i love it so far! I get to live with my best friends and live in the town where I went to college. It’s close to everything and I feel right at home. I feel extremely grateful to be at The Milo.

I love the amenities at MILO and I have felt welcomed since moving in. It was hard to find an apartment remotely, but the leasing team helped bridge that gap. I appreciate Ludim and the rest of the staffs help as well

Thank you! We’re so glad you’re loving your experience and that our team has been there when needed.
Very lovely community, close to the vet school so a lot of us who go/ work there live at the Milo which is nice. The pool is very well nice and clean. Despite living off of a busy road, the Milo is very quiet and peaceful which is something that was on my must have list for an apartment.

Thank you! We’re so glad Milo checks all the boxes for you and that you’re enjoying the peaceful community.
Love this place! The entire staff is great. We are so glad we moved in. The office staff is fun and friendly. Especially Ludi and Daisy. The pool gets cleaned daily and I love that you can watch TV outside and grill out with your neighbors. Don't sleep on this new community! It's a great place with a bunch of great perks! You'll love it here.

Thank you so much for the amazing review! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the community and all the perks. Ludi and I appreciate the shoutout – we're so glad you're here!
I lived here for less than a month before regretting signing the lease. The office staff has been less than professional and exhibited an apathetic response to any concerns or issues. Property construction is entirely builder grade, there’s a severe lack of amenities or resident appreciation events for a modern complex and the price of rent is not justified by the services provided. Communication Office admin consistently fails to address resident concerns, follow up or provide updates. Multiple email addresses, phone calls to the property office go through a switchboard. Concerns are only addressed if they are labeled an emergency. Takes a lackadaisical approach to known problems and does not schedule repairs. Every parking space is designed for compact cars. Office is quick to slap a tow notice on your vehicle even if you pay for a private spot. Employees, contractors and other residents will park in your private spot with no repercussions. Resident appreciation events are almost nonexistent and poorly communicated. Trash valet does not pick up on the weekends. Clubhouse only accessible during office hours. No more than 5 guests are allowed to visit. No coffee machine.

With its friendly staff, well-furnished common area and very fast problem-solving skills, Milo provides a real home experience. Thank you Milo
