Property Ratings at Linea Apartments
Linea is great, the cleanliness of the building is second to none. Staff are always making sure the building is clean and tidy for residence, especially the amenity spaces. Front desk workers are friendly and never fail to greet me or help out with my packages when needed. Another huge positive is when I put in work orders for my apartment, the maintenance crew are also on top of it and show up shortly thereafter. Lastly, leasing office reps are kind, friendly and understanding. Shoutout Aiyana! All in all, no complaints.
So far so good! I moved in a couple days ago and my experience so far has been great. The leasing staff, especially Alexis, is friendly and she was very responsive during the whole process.
Very approachable and efficient transition to our new home. The doorman was kind and our unit was clean when we walked in. The bedroom was slightly smaller than we thought, but overall a good experience

It has been okay. Lots of dust in the units. The pool and the hot tub are the benefits of this building. The gym and business center are also nice.
Beautiful building, updated appliances and awesome views. Close to west loop, the riverwalk and a fee blocks away from Michigan avenue. Extremely about living at Linea!

The apartment is very clean and modern with minor issues from previous residents. Everyone has been very helpful and maintenance has been very responsive fixing items quickly! Overall a great experience so far!
So far living here has been great ! Sometimes the lack of communication can be hard and them not answering calls but besides that I really love all the amenities

Staff is kind, amenities are nice, train is very loud even on higher floors, and hard to find anything that can mitigate the noise at night. Location is good but more corporate so quiet on weekends with most things in near vicinity closed.

the apartment's address often gets confused with another building, this is very annoying and often have trouble getting deliveries and packages otherwise everything else in the building is amazing
Loving living at Linea. The Concierge Team is awesome, the Maintenance Team makes sure the building is well looked after, and the Front Office Team is terrific! Wish the gym was bigger and fitted out with newer machines and equipment.

The apartments are good but once you have a query it is extremely difficult to get a response. I was in constant circles of discussion last year when i first rented the apartment, and this year again i have been sending inquiries for my lease renewal since October with no luck. I have expressed that i need to travel for two months and would like to figure the lease renewal prior to that but its difficult to get a response.
Amazing building to live in! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The amenities are phenomenal, there’s plenty of space for WFH people like me to work at. I especially love the indoor pool so you can swim no matter what the weather is outside!
The apartments are beautiful, amenities are great, location is prime. My favorite part of the amenities is the 2 floor space, with the lovely indoor pool and 2nd floor grilling space. The rooms are very modern, with concrete finishes. I especially love the unique layout of the 1D rooms.
Huge nice apartments with updated appliances for a reasonable price. Great views surprisingly good location and friendly, responsive staff. At one point myself and 7 of my friends lived in this building it was the best decision we have ever made.
Great building and great amenities for all to enjoy. If I had one ask - it would be to increase the size of the gym and add more equipment, free weights, etc. Appreciate the [almost] weekly events! The concierge team is amazing... helpful, friendly and always ready with a smile.

often times common areas are not respected by fellow residents. Which results in dirty areas, and broken facilities. Really a shame with how nice of a place it is. However staff is quick rectify just wish people who pay good money respect it
Love the building, love the apartment. Staff and amenities are great both. Smoothest movein in Chicago. Utility plan is awesome only bill to worry about is the light bill.

Friendly people all around the building! Elevators work all the time and amenity space requires key access which makes it feel safe. Areas are never crowded, and lots of nearby food spots.

The move in process was extremely frustating but i had to accomodate as i was in desperate need for a house moving from another country. Post move in also many glitches were there. My heat didn’t work the first day, inwas not told about the wifi setup process prior to move in, completely lost my mobile network inside the apartment, got my mailbox key wrong and so much more. The only reason i chose this is because the apartment is still good and the front end concierge is great, however the overall experience is definitely not something i have ever experienced before.
