Neighborhood

Lower Highlands, known as LoHi, is a family-friendly neighborhood just three miles outside of Denver, where you’ll find the Colorado State Capitol, Civic Center Park, the Denver Art Museum, and so much more. LoHi boasts a variety of local burger joints, taverns, beer gardens, and coffee shops such as Recess Beer Garden and Root Down, an old filling station turned New American eatery. LoHi is located near major parks such as the City of Cuernavaca Park along the South Platte River, boasting biking and hiking trails with scenic city views.

Hirshorn Park is a smaller neighborhood park that’s worth a visit, housing baseball fields, basketball courts, and a playground. Nestled along Interstate 25, commuting is no issue in LoHi, especially with Denver so close, but if you don’t plan to drive, there are plenty of public bus stops on the area’s major roads.

Best spot in LoHi

I love everything about Line28—the people, the location, the service, the apartments. Literally everything. From the very beginning, Letty, the building's leasing agent, was responsive, attentive and helpful. She is amazing and a joy to work with. Sidney and the rest of the team are on point, taking prompt care of issues as they arise and keeping the building informed when we need to be. And entertained, the building throws some great parties for its residents! The neighborhood is vibrant and the location is prime, with access to great restaurants and bars, as well as the highways/rest of Denver and beyond. The building is pet-friendly, so it's great for the pooch (Little Man Ice Cream even has doggie scoops.) I cannot say enough good things about Letty, Sidney, the team and the building.

Good place to call home

Property management does a great job putting on social activities, and keeping the apartment clean and safe. Maintenance requests are answered quickly and with a smile. Rent is a tad high but that is to be expected for the area.
