Was disappointed that when we arrived the girl that helped us didn't seem to be able to answer the questions we were asking. Kept referring us to go to this app and that app. Which I'm guessing we were supposed to do before arriving at the property.

This was the best move-in experience that we’ve ever been thru.. from day one when my wife and I enter the doors of the Lincoln at Fair Oaks, it went smooth with no issues at all! The staff at the front office were super kind and helpful! Now we’re all moved in, and loving it!!

The iapartment app is a bit slowly and clunky and the living room was smaller than expected, but overall I like the apartments and the proximity to major shopping and entertainment centers.

My experience has been good. I love the area. However, this is the first year I have considered moving out due to the rising costs of living here. The amenities are lackluster for what I need and the ones I would use have been out of service all summer.

I am not normally one to write reviews; however, based on my families experiences (several), I would stay far away from this place! Property management does not value you as a tenant and is unethical! Issue 1: Our apartment experienced water damage on several occasions which turned into mold. While they slowly remedied the issue, we were forced to stay at a hotel for 2 weeks without reimbursement or apology. We were then accused of lying that there was mold in the unit. Only to discover more mold several weeks later. After inquiring about proration, since reimbursement wasn’t given, we finally received it two weeks later after escalating it to the regional manager. Issue 2: Move out - we held a move out inspection walkthrough where it was verbally confirmed that we were good to go only to be charged for carpet replacement 3 weeks later! Please do your research and look at other reviews on different platforms and complaints on the Fairfax County site where others experienced the same!

Lincoln at Fair Oaks is a beautiful community. The staff and the residents keeps it very clean. However, I wish the leasing office treat their units with the same treatment as they do the community. If you're considering moving to this community, be sure to thoroughly check your unit. For example, wall damages, appliances, and request that you have maintenance check your pipes to prevent ceiling leakage and flooding.

Love my apartment! The little touches such as crown molding make such a big difference. People are friendly. When there is a need for maintenance you don't have to wait long (less than 12 hours for me). The crew is very helpful, efficient and friendly.

Move here if you love interacting with rude office staff, enjoy running into foxes every day, and your rent going up 10% every year. To top it off… they hire contract workers to come in your apt with no representative and leave your door unlocked. Other than that, it’s not that bad.

So far, the complex is great. Even with minor hiccups at move in, the staff was helpful. I love the iapartment app as well, unlocking my front door from my car or adjusting the ac from my bed is a great luxury.
Lincoln is a good place to live if you like basic and quaint. I do like these things. I have enjoyed living here because it is close to everything and quiet. Over the past 3 years, however, they have raised the rent on me by $600 without offering more amenities for the price. Most apartments in the area offer more than a gym and pool. I would have moved out already but by the time you receive your renewal agreement, you don't; have much time to find another place. Although I have had a good experience here, this will be my last year.
Lovely place to live! I’ve been a recent resident but the community is clean, friendly, and welcoming. The leasing office gives you an above and beyond experience to help you get the best experience possible. They truly care here!
Community is quiet and pet-friendly . There are no bugs, roaches or rodents. Grounds are maintained nicely and the front office staff is pleasant to work with and very helpful! Maintenance fixes issues quickly and always friendly/professional. The apartments are all renovated. I only wished the apartment had the vinyl flooring throughout the apartment instead of carpet.
Amenities and overall environment of my complex has been such a divine and peaceful ambience. I really couldn’t be happier anywhere else. Overall perfect home.
This is a great community and we love our new apartment. The maintenance team is amazing and always very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to enjoy the pool once the weather is warmer. I also love how close it is to Fair Lakes shopping center as well as Fair Oaks Mall.
completely fell in love with the 1 bedroom apartment set-up I was shown during my tour .The floor to ceiling windows were lovely and the location is perfect. This apartment is everything I was looking for.

These apartments are very nice and the area is nice too, but the lack of noise insulation is the only downfall. I can hear single thing my neighbors do!!!!

Been here for a handful of years now and have no real complaints! Apartment complex grounds are clean for the most part, neighbors are friendly, and staff is accommodating. They recently updated the gym and front office area too. Close to 66, Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax Corner and downtown Fairfax!
Since I moved to this beautiful community I found I safe and calm, everything is going well it has nice gym you can control your door over the phone , trash and garbage collected in time from back of your door . I recommend you to come here and you won’t regret. Thanks
Apartments is not what I thought it would be and the walls are very thin. I can hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes!!!I feel like they didn’t clean the apartment good enough for my movie in the patios look like trash. I do like the fact they gave me a new stove and dishwasher, but it was a lot of other stuff they should have replaced and clean properly.
I am very happy with the service we receive here. It is the best I’ve ever experienced.
Tony and Ashley definitely made it so easy! Im glad to be part of the Lincoln community. This couldn’t be better. Everything was exactly as they said and the apartment was perfect for me and my wife.
