Just south of Charlotte’s downtown area, Dilworth is one of the city’s most popular neighborhoods. Dilworth has great rental opportunities and is a fun place for everyone that’s just minutes from Charlotte’s famous museums, stadiums, and arenas. Things like my washing machine not working are frustrating, but overall I have had a pretty good experience. The location is nice and the events at the apartment are nice too

Front office management staff are very personable and intuitive, Ty is the best. Moving in was swift, smooth and all good vibes. Neighbors are all professional and I feel very safe. Thank you guys for all your help.

Overall, my experience as a resident has been positive. The community is generally well-maintained, and I appreciate the prompt responses from the office team whenever I have a request or question. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. That said, there are a few areas where improvement could enhance the experience. For example, clearer communication about lease policies would be helpful, and the cleanliness of common areas could be slightly improved. More frequent cleaning, especially in shared spaces, would make a noticeable difference. I’ve enjoyed living here and have felt safe and comfortable throughout my lease term.
Beautiful building in the heart of Charlotte. Great location, amenities quiet apartments, and a team that is the best. Lots of fun events and community experiences to enjoy.
Had some miscommunication with the leasing staff in regards to what was all included in the total move-in costs and fees I was told would be waived and were, in fact, not waived. Also, the move in process was harder than it needed to be due to having to reserve a specific time to start moving in, though my lease started on that date. However, the staff is friendly when interacting with them, the community/amenities are beautiful.

Olivia made my move-in process and lease signing seamless and a luxury experience! From my first contact she listened to my needs and gave me options on floor plans in my budget that where ready to move into next day! The welcome home gift she presented to me move in day did the job and I still use my thermal cup. All I can say is I’m loving living at Lincoln Dilworth!

Wonderful location, many amenities, nice stuff. Everything great besides all the appliance in the apartment. They’re cheap and not efficient. Washing machine is awful and destroys all clothes.

I had a great experience touring the facility before choosing to move in. My tour with Olivia was very efficient and they know a lot about the property! Upon moving in maintenance addressed my issues within 24 hours of letting them know. So great!

Great location. Very responsive to questions and move on process. Being out of state and needing the apt to be set up and ready to go was a seamless experience. Close to all the shops and restaurants. 15 min from the airport is also a plus.

This apartment complex looks great from the outside, but it’s not. Just found out from a friend that is still there that the fire alarm is went off at 1 am again and they couldn’t m turn it off…again - Management arbitrarily decided to no longer accept packages on site, so all of your packages have to be sent to a company that’ll then bring them to you. However not all businesses will ship to that address, you literally can’t order from certain companies - The fire alarm system is constantly on the fritz, including going off late at night. They claim to attempt to fix it but it continues to happen - Every parking spot in the garage is labeled compact so everyone is constantly scratching each other’s cars or taking up two spaces - The garage gates break multiple times per month - Maintenance fixes things with duct tape Do not rent there!!!

While I understand how frustrating fire alarms going off can be this is something we cant control and is in place for your safety. We have also implemented Fetch to make it easier for residents and be able to access packages outside of office hours and have the convenience of a package going right to your door.
Well-maintained complex with modern amenities. Responsive management, clean common areas, and a super convenient location. Highly recommend!

Great space in the apartment and great amenities! My apartment has a fantastic view of downtown Charlotte! There’s some street noise but I’m not very bothered by it. My only complaint is that the water pressure is a bit low in the shower.

5 Out of 5 Hands Down!!!!!! The Leasing Team - Laura, Janea, Shammond - are first rate, attentive and a total class act. The location is unbeatable. Walkable with lots to do nearby. There’s a real sense of community at Lincoln at Dilworth. So glad I chose this community for the next stop along home journey!

Too much noise. Fire alarms go off every week and they are constantly having to check things in apartments which is awful especially for people who try to sleep during the day after working nightshift.

A very nice place, with great amenities, and a safe location. At times, communication has been lacking with the staff, but whenever I am able to get ahold of them they are very friendly.
One of the best apartment in Charlotte . The place is luxurious and full of features. Clean surroundings outside and even in inside. Monthly entertainment programs is awesome

Finding this place to be called our home is a gem. This was not on our list when we were looking for a new apartment but I think it's the universe saying, this is the place. We took our chance on the walk-in tour, Nicole helped us above and beyond from the application until the move-in (recently moved in) and everything in between. The leasing office personnel are very welcoming. Amenities are great and the community is well kept. We are more than excited to be a part of Lincoln at Dilworth community.
Great property! Staff is super sweet! Concierge is a plus to the community. Parking is easy and convenient. All of the amenities are nice and clean.
Love the neighborhood. Close walk to midtown, LSC Greenway, and the Kings Street Farmers Market. The monthly events are fun. Office staff could be more friendly. You can't open the windows unless you like living in NY city.
I have enjoyed my experience here so far. The facilities are nice and I like my unit. I have had issues with getting calls back from the leasing office, especially when I was apply for my unit, but other than that I enjoy it here.
I've only recently become a part of the Lincoln at Dilworth community, but the leasing office was incredible to work with. I plan on being here for a couple of years, so I'm excited to meet new people and take advantage of all the wonderful community living experiences the Lincoln at Dilworth has to offer.
I love Lincoln! The Leasing and Maintenance Team are always so warm and welcoming! This is the first apartment complex I can proudly say i call home! 10/10!
This is no longer the Lincoln at Dilworth that I loved. There have been numerous problems under new management, such as never answering phone calls or email and today asking all residents to no longer have doormats. Something that is personal to your home but also helps to wipe your feet before entering your home. The old apartment life team is gone and have taken with them the family feeling of community. I have heard from other neighbors of examples of the management team being rude to residents. As a long term resident I am extremely disappointed.
I have been here for 1.5 years. I love the community. It is quiet and comfortable. Location is convenient. Maintenance is usually relatively quick (no more than a few days in my experience). Neighbors seem friendly.
I just moved in and I really like the apartment, the people at the leasing office are very nice and helpful. I was a bit disappointed to see that my washer’s parts were taken down when I moved in, but notifying the office they sent someone to fix it right away.
Love it here! They are so helpful, and go out of their way to help the residents. Everyone is so kind! And they keep the buildings and courtyards very clean. The amenities are amazing!
Excited to see the upgrades. Have been here for 6 years and haven’t seen any real changes yet rent continues to rise, so upgrading the building will be nice. Especially considering the other living options there are around here.
Great building. Beautiful apartments and common spaces/pool. Very quiet between apartments, sometimes you can hear people walking upstairs but it's fairly muffled. The building hosts events every month and makes it a fun place to live. Great location too.
The apartment is wonderful and staff are helpful! I haven’t had any complaints since moving in. The sirens from the nearby hospitals are pretty loud but it’s not enough to ruin my experience.
The amenities are fantastic. I don't need a gym membership because I can go to the cycle room and then go to the yoga room to get my fit on. The rooftop deck is a great place to wfh during the day and watch the beautiful uptown lights at night. They put together activities twice a month to get to know neighbors. I love the neighborhood; every store and park you could want. I gave it a 4 because the apartment is dark and it's across from the hospital, so can be noisy with sirens at times.
Laura and the leasing staff worked very quickly to get me approved for my apartment. It was such an easy process! The location is perfect. Super close to Target, Trader Joe’s and Freedom Park (3 of my favorite places)! The rooftop sky lounge is one of my favorite things about this complex. Great place to work, and can’t beat the free Starbucks coffee machine.
I have only lived here a few days, but the amenities are awesome and I love how clean my apartment was on move in. The kitchen is my favorite part, and everything feels sleek and homey. Everyone I have met in the complex has been super nice and helpful.
