Located at Connecticut Avenue and Livingston Street, Lincoln Arms is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Friendship Heights Metro Station (Red Line). With direct access to two Connecticut Avenue bus lines (L2/L4) and close proximity to Safeway, Starbucks, the Avalon movie theatre, CVS, dry-cleaners, liquor stores, and restaurants amenities abound at this small building. One-bedroom apartments are approximately 625 sf. This is a walk-up building without an elevator. Units include new wall to wall carpet, tile floors, and galley kitchens with gas ranges, built-in microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers. New remote-controlled, energy efficient Mitsubishi heating and cooling units have been installed in all units. Free laundry is located in the newly remodeled laundry room in the building. Lincoln Arms also features a communal back yard area with a gas grill and covered seating. Datawatch key-less building entry has been added for tenant security. On-street parking with registered DC zone 3 sticker is available. Security deposit is equivalent to one months’ rent. Please inquire about private parking availability.
