I randomly stopped by to tour liberty square and it is very different than others you see here in vegas! Madison showed me around and the property is quiet and units are nice and updated. Also the gym is HUGE! I am very interested in living here in the near future!!!!

My husband and I recently moved to the area and have been looking into some properties around and this one stuck out the most. As soon as we got there Madison greeted us right away. After the tour she walked us through the process and we applied almost right away. Besides the property the overall experience with the staff was great.

Having evaluated 10+ buildings across Las Vegas (I wish I were kidding), Liberty Square is far superior in terms of its luxurious aesthetic, amenities, and living experience. I’ve found everything to be clean and well maintained. The landscapers are quite often which is nice to see the constant upkeep. I've had nothing but positive experiences liaising with property management across all aspects of the tenant experience - Dylan during the evaluation/initial leasing phase, Madison during move-in, and Rosendo for always being on top of work orders I put in! I couldn’t be happier enough.

We recently moved in and I must say, it has by far exceeded my expectations. We were stuck between 2 properties and after touring each, we decided on Liberty (for many reasons). Firstly, the amenities checked every box. Pool, cabanas, clubhouse... not to mention the attached garages! Secondly, the location is inimitable, central to all. Lastly, our unit is exactly as we had been shown and promised. The staff, Dylan and Madison, has always been available, kind, and tentative. We could not be happier with our decision moving here. :)

If it’s not the leaf blowers, it’s the loud machines they’re using everyday, it’s the dirt bikes and the neighbors loud cars. Sounds like a construction site every day. Good luck sleeping. Nice on the outside but don’t be deceived

From the moment I toured Liberty, I knew I was in for a treat. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure my transition into my new home was seamless. The application process was very quick and stress free!!! Liberty offers a beautiful pool, clubhouse, and a 24 hour gym which is way bigger than normal size for apartment complexes. I wholeheartedly recommend Liberty to anyone in search of a top-tier living environment. Best believe you'll get excellent customer service from the office staff too! I look forward to continuing to call this place home!

Moved in 8/1. Multiple pest control visits the first month. The townhome that I am in has major foundation issues. The wall had lifted off the floor in the garage to the point that I could put my hand underneath it and it would pop out the other side. Maintenance blasted Expandafoam in all the crevices of the garage and under the wall. This seemed to help temporarily w/ the spiders. Moving forward to around the holidays, I started noticing a weird odor in the foyer. There was an older leak in the garage from the water heater. The water heater WAS NOT INSTALLED ACCORDING TO CODE, no drip pan. There was water damage in the closet on the other side of the water heater, inside my unit. Maintenance sprayed Kilz over it and then paint. When I inquired about opening up the wall to address the water damage/leak, the maintenance supervisor told me, “I have been doing this job for 20 years” and he “knows”, and he went on to man-splain that when I turn my heater on, the hot air circulates through the walls and will dry up the moisture, so there is no need to cut out the wall and set up the fans. I emailed management about this and it was only THEN that they hired Servpro to come out and do an assessment. They had also offered me 2 free month’s rent during this time. Then, two days before February 1st, I get an email from management (OVER 2 WEEKS AFTER THEY HAD TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT RENT UNTIL APRIL 1) that she did not get approval from upper management, so I would have to pay rent. Management had also told me that they needed to get the results back from the mold testing before they scheduled a day/time for Servpro to do the demolition as they needed to be sure it was safe for me to stay in the unit while they were working on removing the mold. Well, they had already made an appointment, Serpro showed up at my door and I had just finished reading the mold report results that showed the two different types of mold that my unit had tested positive for. The assessment explained that one caused carcinogenic mycotoxins. Oversight on management's part. Liberty was required to re-test for mold following completion of the mold removal. Two weeks goes by and I was the one that had to ask management to make an appointment. It’s been approximately another two weeks since they came and re-tested, but I had not heard back from management with the results. So I ask this week and mold is testing positive again. Upper management is offering only $500 in move-out costs.

I recently moved here and had a fantastic experience with Dylan and Madison. They were professional, responsive, and made the entire leasing process smooth and efficient. The apartment was in excellent condition upon move-in. I highly recommend this complex!

My family had just moved here from Texas and the staff has made our move so seamless. Everything flowed so smoothly and they have been so attentive to my concerns since day one. The process of applying was easy and Dylan always responded very soon after. When we got here, they were so warm, friendly and kind just as they were over the phone. So welcoming and that made us feel right at home. The townhome itself. It is amazing. I did not expect it to be better than the photos online by bar none, it had exceeded it. The pictures do not due these units justice. Everything was excellent and it great condition. Great natural lighting and so much space. It was unreal. I just want to say, thank you to everyone in Liberty Square Townhomes office for all you have done to make this transition for me and family so easy and so welcoming.

I've been living at Liberty Square for the past year, and overall, it's been a great experience. From moving out of state and choosing this property was the best decision. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The leasing office has been responsive to maintenance requests, and the property is well-maintained which is so nice to see. If I could give this review a 100/100 stars I would!

Living here has been great! Office staff and maintenance are super friendly and responsive. The location is also ideal being off of 215 and in a good residential area!

The single worst experience I've ever had renting an apartment. They are horribly overpriced and should not, in any way, be classified as luxury apartments. The management team is completely useless and unhelpful. All they care about is getting your rent money. Scorpion infestations, countless lost packages, and a completely useless management team would be bad enough, but the apartments are also incredibly cheaply constructed with incredibly thin walls. You hear everything your neighbors are doing. The road noise from Hualapai is deafening and you'll never sleep again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

My wife and I have enjoyed living here. They are nice apartments and we love having a garage. The downside is you have to pay all of your utilities (water, sewer, trash and electricity). We are only in a one-bedroom apartment and spend about $200 per month just for utilities, so if you plan to live here, add that to your budget.
I live at the Liberty Square Apartments of Providence. I just wanted to give some props to the management there for always taking excellent care of me and my pets. The manager’s name is Sameerah, and her helpful staff consist of Anita and Kimmely. I guess the reason I wanted to give them acknowledgement on this site is because of my past experience at my last apartment and how atrocious the staff was. The staff here is so helpful and so sweet I find myself going in to chat them up probably more than they would like. Maintenance has been great and are good bunch of guys. And no I am not getting paid or any incentives for leaving this review. While some people may leave different types of reviews I would probably say you could take them with a grain of salt if they had any negativity in them. So far I have absolutely loved my time here as my unit is so quiet and cozy. Sincerely, Kenny P.

This is a beautiful location! This liberty square apartments providence is a friendly community. Always kept clean with security guardes on duty 24/7. From fundraisers in the club house, to an nice cold treat by the pool we are always taken care of. Maintained on duty for anything you need. I love my apartment home.
Liberty Square at Providence is a townhouse style luxury apartment that offers every resident their own attached garage (one and two car) located on the backside of the property. Each home offers a three story living space; an entry way from the garage, the main living area and kitchen being on the second floor, and the bedrooms on the third. There is a community pool, a clubhouse that you can rent out for private parties, and a gym! Liberty Square is also located in Providence, a master planned community just as beautiful as Summerlin. The townhomes are convienietly located to shopping and good schools and are also close to Knickerbocker park where the community holds monthly events. The townhomes allow for privacy and are always quiet (you can never hear your neighbor's surround sound)! The San Fransisco style exterior is charming and refreshing and there are many walking trails surrounding the outskirts of the community. Liberty Square has truly made these apartments something special.
The place that me and my signicate other currently residing is pretty good. We have gas station on site that doubles as a convenience store (literally has everything). It has a nice sized pool and well equipped gym. Only downside are the appliances though, wish had the option to upgrade.
