The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Liberty Park
Lived here for almost one year with my spouse in 2020. Needless to say we spent a lot of time in our apartment. The Pros: convenient location, new carpeting when we moved in, updated kitchen, tons of storage space, plenty of available parking, and many 2nd floor units like ours had a private entrance. The Cons: poor central air cooling, fit and finishes including appliances are on the cheap side, lots of noisy trucks driving through the complex to the adjacent industrial park, loud gun shots from the Braintree Rifle & Pistol Club adjacent to property The Critical: These apartments are 20 years old and don't seem to have had a lot of updates in that time. In our time living here we had a lot of maintenance issues not limited to leaking roof, faulty carbon monoxide alarm, ongoing A/C issues, and electrical outlets not working. Maintenance isn't always quick to respond following requests and just shows up whenever without any notice. Especially during the summer, the aging A/C unit couldn't hold a cool temp. Maintenance said it was "perfectly functional" before finally replacing it without notifying us and turning it on "heat" for two days before coming out to correct it after our initial complaint.
I lived at Liberty Park for 2.5 years and I will start by saying this management company is the worst. The location is perfect, apartments homes are nice however expect to get screwed at every turn by the managent. They raised my rent on a 1 bedroom apartment by 280 dollars and are notorious for pricing out their tenants. Additionally, no property improvements ever happen even when they are way over due. I dealt with the after math of a plow ripping up the sidewalk in front of my apartment for 8 months be for they tried to fix it. AND DONT FALL FOR THE PRETTY PICTURES! While they have the opportunity to maintain a very scenic property, they just don't and will only do the bare minimum. This may sound petty but when they charge premium prices for "luxury" and then don't hold their end of the bargain it's a disgrace. Oh and watch out when you move out. These people are trying to charge me for a carpet replacement. I lived there for 2.5 years and there was only normal wear and tear. So instead of replacing the carpet or maybe cleaning it under their own tab like any good landlord, they will charge you for it!! It's a light beige rug and they expect it to look brand new after 5 years or they will charge you for it. 400 dollars at that! Beware, if you move here you will have to deal with unethical and illogical business practices. So go in knowing you will over pay for a sub-mediocre home.
