Property Ratings at Lenox Woods
Buyer beware: they get people who have JUST moved in to leave them reviews, so the 5-star reviews aren't accurate at all! I’ve exhausted my resources trying to resolve this issue with the staff directly, so here’s my honest take after living here for nine months. Pros: -Beautiful, well-kept grounds with blooming flowers and opportunities for activities (ping pong, grills, pickle ball, etc.) -Great amenities (the pools are amazing, the gym is decent for an apartment, and areas like the coffee bar and conference room are added perks) -Wonderful neighborhood with an excellent food truck within two miles -Reasonable pricing for a brand new build in ATX -Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick. They’ve resolved every work order I’ve submitted in a timely and thoughtful manner. Cons: -Zero follow-through or communication from the leasing staff. I will call and email multiple times and receive ZERO acknowledgement or response. It’s ridiculous. I don’t know if they’re short staffed, but it’s been a consistent issue since I moved in. -The neighbors who own dogs are inconsiderate and gross, often letting their dogs off leash and not cleaning up after them. -Parking isn’t great for the amount of tenants/guests. If you arrive to the complex after 7pm, good luck! -Here’s the biggest con: I’ve had ongoing issues with the noise coming from the tenant above me for months. The leasing office has stopped responding to me about it and the noise is getting worse. I don’t know if anything has actually been addressed with the tenant above me or not. I’m losing sleep - and my sanity!! Anyone who visits my apartment asks what is going on and why it hasn’t been addressed because it’s AWFUL. Constant banging, moving furniture, dogs barking, etc. and at all hours of the day and night. Based on other tenants negative reviews, it seems that this is a common issue at this complex, so I recommend inquiring about any upstairs neighbors or consider a top-floor unit!!! Per Texas law, we have a right to quiet enjoyment, and you will not find that at Lenox Woods. If you work remotely or sleep lightly, I recommend looking elsewhere. I wish I could rate 5 stars because they are gorgeous and conveniently located apartments, but the horrible communication, disrespectful and excessive noise, and inconsiderate neighbors who do not take care of their dogs have ruined the living experience for me.

I’ve lived here for a few months, and the ant infestation is out of control. Despite multiple requests for pest control, management continues to ignore the issue or give empty promises. Ants are everywhere—kitchen counters, bathrooms, even inside the pantry. I’ve had to throw out so much food because they’re getting into sealed packages. It’s gross and unacceptable. What’s worse is the lack of urgency from the office. They seem more interested in collecting rent than maintaining a livable environment. I’ve tried to handle the problem myself with traps and sprays, but nothing works because the root issue isn’t being addressed. They offered to move me to a different unit but I know other people in different units that have informed me they are having the same problem therefore moving units wouldn’t help. Even the manager himself expressed he had an issue with ants! Their excuse was blaming the pest control company that they are terrible but are in a contract until January so there wasn’t much they could do. If you’re considering moving here, beware: you’ll end up paying for pest control out of pocket because management clearly won’t. I regret signing my lease and can’t wait to move out. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!
