Pretty good place! I just wish the bike area in the gym was repurposed for some other activity or gym (machine space). The area is lively but not too chaotic. The elevators are fine but can sometimes take a while during morning rush or weekends.
Great staff! Very attentive to the residents needs. Service crews are amazing. I am very happy with the overall experience of living in the Lenox. I have found the staff very responsive to my request and inquiries.

The Lenox staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone at our front desk, maintenance staff, and porters really go the extra mile for everyone who lives here. Just moved in and overall moving experience was great! Enjoy the extra space and layout of apartment. Only downside is the pet fee (for small pets that are generally caged) and some of the views are of apartments nearby.

Love Lenox property!! The staff is so incredibly nice. The property has great amenities. Safe area. Easy walking to numerous eateries, local water holes, and 2 subway entrances. Also you can’t beat the views of Manhattan.

Everyone in this building are very nice. From Property Management, leasing, Maintenance, concierge and residents. Such a wholesome building to live in. Having fun playing shuffle board and pool, and having great activities with all the workers, to going to the gym for some good stretching. Can't wait for the weather to break and for summer to arrive to enjoy the pools on the rooftop and some delicious grilling. So far my living here is very satisfying.

Very nice property. Love the floor plans and amenities. Leasing agents, Concierge, Maintenance Team all very friendly and helpful during move in. The Move In task assistant made setting up utilities, broadband and parking a breeze.

It is a bit far from the path station but it is pretty quiet around the neighborhood. Great staffs, there are always amazing events. Happy to live here :)

So far so good. Nice concierge and maintenance team. Parking is tricky though because its manage by a third party. Hallway smell too strong because of heavily scented cleaning products

I moved in the end of May 2023. It was one of the most smooth moving experience for me in the U.S. The leasing office agents kept us well-informed about the check-in procedure. The concierge staff were very friendly assisting us on the moving-in day. The lifts was busily occupied by the weekend traffic and our arrival just added to the burden. With the prior reservation of the lift service, it minimized the stress of our waiting period. I am looking forward to enjoying my first year living in this well-managed building. Love the feel and the amenities in this building! Since moving in last week I’ve gone to the pool every day, and grilled on the rooftop multiple times. I also have really appreciated how quickly maintenance responds to requests — when our water had a weird taste someone came that day and fixed it immediately.

The Lenox is a luxury apartment building in Paulus Hook, Jersey City. It has a great location, amazing amenities, and friendly staff. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Jersey City.

The building does a great job at hosting events for all residents to attend. They do events for each holiday and also as hoc events. Additionally, the employees are all amazing. So nice to see them every morning before heading to work!

Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, feels secured because almost every entry you need to key. I like that sometimes there’s events Lenox holds for the residents. Theres also quiet places to work in and the rooftop is very spacious and has a beautiful view.

Do not live here as building continuously has issues with the parking garage, weird noises that they don't do anything about, and things breaking in the apartment, which again they do nothing about (more of a build management issue than maintenance). Other reviewers are right that Tiffany and Gabrielle are helpful, and concierge staff and maintenance are helpful, but overall it's still not worth it.

This complex is new and lovely. Application was nice and short unlike other place and states I have lived in. It was by far the fastest, and easiest process. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.
