Property Ratings at Legacy Trails
My experience has been really pleasant. I signed a Lease with Legacy Trails a year ago. As it has been the first apartment I have rented, Ann has been extra helpful to help me get setup and settle in. Very spacious apartment. Through out the year I didn’t have a single issue. All appliances worked great. Anytime I made a stop by the office the staff has always been friendly and assisted me with all my questions. Big thank you to Adamaris, and also Matt from maintenance. Very easy to communicate anytime via Email and or others. Always got a fast response. I can say that the the staff of this complex treated my needs as if it were their own. I definitely recommend this complex, if you are looking for a new home.

Thank you for your stellar review, Chase! We try out best to make your living experience the best we can while you are living at Legacy Trails!
Community seems like decent people that are pretty quiet and respectful, and office lady was really nice. Apartments are pretty cheaply built though. Walls are so thin I can hear everything from my neighbors foot steps to them having a casual conversation. Cheapest appliances I've ever seen. The dials in the bedrooms for heaters don't even have thermostats in them, they're just switches that turn on and stay on if the dial is over 70, to turn off you have to turn it below 70. Parking is really limited. Only assigned space I could get is a couple of buildings down.

Thank you for the review. Based on your rating, it looks like there are areas we can still improve on. I am sorry the apartment quality did not meet your expectations. Parking can be limited at times in certain areas of the property. We are always brainstorming for new ideas. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Really a decent place to live at a competitive price for the area. What brings it down is the severe lack of parking for the back-right apartments in particular (new ones).

We came to tour the Legacy Trails Apartments expecting same-o style and features. We were definitely wrong. Open floor plans, hard surface flooring and good sized rooms. Clubhouse and activity center were very nice. Apartments are within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants. Best thing of the facility though is Ann the property manager. She was knowledgeable and could answer all our questions and concerns. We could tell she really was concerned with providing best service to all involved. Recommend highly!!

Thank you for your stellar review!! We value our residents at Legacy Trails!
We stayed at Legacy Trails for a year; we really enjoyed the surrounding walking trails, nearby restaurants, and ANN! Ann was very responsive and accommodating with any questions or concerns, and always had a smile for us. Our apartment was brand new so we enjoyed our home, along with the 24/hr gym in the clubhouse. If you aren't a dog lover, this might not be the place for you since there was a lot of dogs/barking, but that was the only downside for us. We recommend these new apartments for anyone!
This area is so pleasant…everything is modern and well-maintained. My apartment is comfortable (great floor plan) and spacious. I am fortunate to have found this complex. I really appreciate Ann and her expertise with managing the property!
