Property Ratings at Legacy Lofts
So I have been in these apts for the last 6 years... I have seen this place go from the worst of begging, pleading, and almost threatening the payment of rent to get pest, water leaks/damages, and repairs looked at and fixed, parking, overflowing trash; to almost a complete turn around of repairs being looked at and completed in a timely manner. They are slowly updating each unit daily with new flooring, appliances, and paint. Parking is still and will always be an issue, it will never be enough... Otherwise it's a alright place to stay for small families. You are close to almost major highways, Towne East Mall, Walmart, and more than enough fast food restaurants.
Where do I start! new management yes being renovated from the outside only insides need major work to them. After sun goes down good luck finding a parking space people parked have to park along fire lane making this place look trash.... If you have anything that needs repaired good luck on getting that done anytime soon or even at all you practically have to beg and plead for someone to come out and take a look at what is wrong and all they will tell you is we will come back tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. they expect you to pay rent but don't want to come out and fix anything.....that's why I moved out
We love this property. It is under new ownership and they have been making lots of great changes such as fixing the play ground, new windows and added grills. Great property for the price and the management team treats all the tenants as family!!! Would recommend this property to any one that want a great community for your family.
