Property Ratings at Le Montreaux
This place is all around a solid apartment complex. We love the management; they have truly bent over backwards to help us in many ways. The rent is quite affordable for a place that has such good access to mopac/183 and is so safe. The community is quiet and has lots of trees. I have gotten to know all of my area mates, and we really have grown fond of them. We're moving to Houston in the fall, and will sorely miss this area and place.
