Worst Management

The manager here is the worst I have ever experienced. She is very rude and unhelpful. As for the apartments, the San Jose side is much nicer and cleaner than the opposite side of the property. The other side, 1st Ave, is neglected and never clean. There have been many incidents with tendants and issues with security. Again, management takes a long time to answer to any issues, as the door key pad had been broken for months. Terrible management. Rating would be much higher if management was better and cleanliness was a priority for the entire property not just one side.
